Private enclosed garden of 500 m², gravel terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, griddle, sun loungers). For 2026: Electric heating package if used during the Mid-Season: €50/week and heating included for the following seasons: Autumn, Christmas Holidays and Low Season.

From the center of La Garnache, head toward Sallertaine. After the level crossing, at the roundabout, head toward Sallertaine/Châteauneuf. At La Voltière, continue on the D75 and turn right onto the D71 toward Châteauneuf. Continue for about 350 m, and at Mocquesouris, turn left. Continue for about 300 m; the gîte is on the right.
