Très bel appartement au calme , bien décoré avec tous conforts ( lave-vaisselle , lave-linge ...etc ) .Très belle région également avec beaucoup de visites possibles .Pour moi , les îles de Noirmoutiers et d'Yeu sont magnifiques , le parc du Puy du fou est à voir pour ses spectacles équestres , romantiques et féeriques.Le seul point négatif était la météo qui ne nous a pas épargné en pluies , mais ça personne n'y peut rien .Je conseille cette magnifique location qui pour une saison chaude ( ou sans pluie ! ) possède 2 piscines .

Gemütlich - und alltagstauglich eingerichtet

Trotz des Wetters - da hatten wir etwas Pech - konnten wir uns dank der heimeligen Atmosphäre sehr wohl fühlen. Schön gelegene Loggia am Waldrand.

Belles vacances

Location à la décoration soignée, avons passé 2 semaines de vacances sous le soleil et au calme, le lotissement est peu fréquenté en septembre, parking privé sécurisé et petit cabanon pour ranger les vélos, cet appartement est géré par une conciergerie mais lors de notre départ avons eu le plaisir de remettre les clés en mains propres aux propriétaires, des personnes sympathiques, seul regret pas possible de prolonger notre séjour

excellent séjour

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans une maison très bien équipée avec un wifi offrant un débit très satisfaisant !!! Situation optimale, permettant d'être au calme dans la résidence, un peu à l'écart des lieux de passage, tout en étant proche de la piscine et du parking. Les plages sont vraiment très agréables car contrairement aux Sables d'Olonne, la baignade est possible marée haute et basse avec beaucoup d'espace disponible sur le sable entre les familles !!! Je recommande vivement cette location.

Ferienhäuschen mit sehr schöner Terrasse

Das Objekt liegt in einer ruhigen und sauberen Ferienanlage und bot uns mehr Platz als erwartet. Die Einrichtung ist schön und zweckmäßig; vor Urlaubsbeginn bekamen wir eine Übersicht über alle Einrichtungsgegenstände und wo sie zu finden sind, und weitere nützliche Hinweise. Die Terrasse hat einen großen Tisch und bietet viel Platz auch für Grill, Fahrräder und Wäscheständer, sowie einen großartigen Ausblick auf die Düne. Im Schuppen fanden unsere drei Fahrräder Platz. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt war vielleicht die Dusche. Ihr ebenerdiger Zugang ist zwar nett für Leute, die soetwas brauchen, für uns bedeutete es aber, dass wir ständig darauf aufpassen mussten keine Überschwemmung zu verursachen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Guten Abend, Stefan, Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, nach Ihrem Aufenthalt in unserem Ferienhaus einen kurzen Kommentar abzugeben. Wir haben uns bemüht, alles perfekt zu machen, damit Sie einen schönen Urlaub haben. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten mit der Dusche, die ich selbst festgestellt habe, als ich nach Ihrer Abreise nach St JEAN gefahren bin (danke das Haus war nickelfrei). In der Tat war die Dusche verstopft (Haare und Sand) und das Wasser lief nicht mehr normal ab. Sie hätten nicht zögern sollen, mich zu kontaktieren. Ich hätte auch den Hausmeister bitten können, einzugreifen, denn es ist nicht einfach, eine Dusche zu nehmen, ohne eine Überschwemmung zu verursachen... Ich freue mich, dass Sie trotz allem einen schönen Urlaub hatten und ihn in guter Erinnerung behalten werden. Wir freuen uns, Sie wieder begrüßen zu dürfen (mit einer Top-Dusche!), eine gute Heimreise. Sylvie

Perfect holiday location .

High quality accommodation recently renovated to a very high standard. Very private and delightful garden space. Calm , quiet location. Everything was provided to ensure a memorable experience. The VRBo listing is slightly misleading as there is no internet connection at the property however this did not spoil our holiday as we had alternative provision with our home internet provider. We would thoroughly recommend this property to discerning clients.

Séjour très agréable !

Propriété très bien entretenue, parking privé numéroté avec stationnement sécurisé par portail ouvrant avec une télécommande. Deux piscines dans la résidence ouvertes en juillet et août, le reste du temps une seule est ouverte. Le logement en lui même a été refait récemment et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Entièrement équipé, rien ne manque, même le petit cabanon fermant à clé à l'extérieur permet de ranger aisément deux vélos. L'emplacement du logement dans la résidence est idéal car sans vis à vis et à l'écart des passages. Très bon accueil assuré par Pascale.
