Spend the summer of your dreams in a perfect meeting of luxury and comfort. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath. The industrial chef's kitchen is equipped with hand crafted Lacanche range and Subzero Pro refrigerator. The bathroom has brass fixtures and a deep hinoki wood Japanese soaking tub. There are new oak floors throughout, and a stone fireplace that will keep you cozy on cool nights and rainy days. The home faces the spacious backyard with mature trees and a large teak dining table, where privacy and quiet prevail. The home is close to restaurants, bay beaches, and golf course. Town and ocean beaches are just a short drive or bike ride away. (The attached guest studio is not included, but is vacant)

Beautiful, cozy design

This was a perfect spot for two couples to stay for a wedding weekend at Gurney's Star Island. The house is beautifully designed and spacious. We definitely preferred this over staying at the hotel!
