Bright, modern home close to all available 2024 7/20-8/4 and 8/17-9/2

We built our home in 2014 with the idea of bringing the outdoors in & created a house feel is a relaxing, sunny, expansive space.

The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy all Montauk has to offer. We are centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, close to ocean and bay beaches, near town and the marina and next to Montauk Downs for tennis, golf and swimming.

Families are welcomed & a minimum stay is required.

Security deposit will be adjusted based on stay & a contract will need to be signed.

We do not allow pets or group shares.

montauk experience

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely and beautiful home. Montauk is an experience that is the best. The area is surrounded by numerous bodies of water and we loved them all. Thanks to the property owners for letting us share their immaculate and updated home.

We enjoyed our stay - calm & relaxing at winter time & lovely house

We have had a great time at the premise. All was well prepared and we have received all information in time and as needed including a contact person during our stay. We can recommend visiting Montauk at winter time when you are looking for a calm environment. We especially loved the deers that visited the premisses garden various times per day. And the beaches, although weather was cold and windy, are terrific without only a few or no other people at all.

Bright, immaculate and filled with light

A peaceful stay in an inspiring home. I could not have asked for anything better. Surrounded by trees, birds and a family of deer, it was the perfect setting allowing me to finish some work that yearned for tranquility Thank you so much, I will be back.

Centrally located home to everything Montauk has to offer.

We were a family of 4 adults, 1 child and were very comfortable. The home is very impressive in and out with all the amenities you need. Outdoor shower was awesome! We would absolutely stay again.
