All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Utility accessed via the patio.
What makes this property unique
Oil underfloor heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels included. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 4 cars. Large shared rear lawned garden and private patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 4.5 miles. Note: Whilst all ground floor, there are 5 steps plus sloped access to the entrance, with 1 internal step. Note: Property set on a working farm, children to be supervised and there may be some occasional noise experienced from farm machinery. Note: Property shares driveway access with the farm and small neighbouring static caravan site. The lawned garden is occasionally used by people staying on the small caravan site.
