Pear Tree Barn is a wonderful example of a traditional detached property that has been cleverly transformed to create a cosy holiday retreat for two. It is a superb choice for couples looking for that romantic getaway and for spending precious time together in quality surroundings. The accommodation is small but perfectly formed with carefully chosen accessories to create a stylish, contemporary look.
Two minutes drive from Junction 36 of the M6, with easy access to the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. The local market town of Kendal and the popular village of Kirkby Lonsdale are only a short drive away. There is a village shop in the fuel station quarter of a mile away.
The property has its own parking space and patio with outdoor seating.
Across the lane is the popular Crooklands Hotel with a lovely restaurant or bar meals and local ales in the snug.

Another great stay in this gorgeous cottage. It is what is says, a cosy cottage for two. It had everything you need, thank you for the prosecco & chocolates, its a lovely touch. We love the location, some nice walks but close to drive to other areas. The pub in the hotel is fab, and is a stones throw away. Stayed here twice now & will definitely be back.
