Hillside is a terraced cottage overlooking the market square in the Cumbrian town of Broughton-in-Furness. The cottage sleeps seven people in one double bedroom with an en-suite, a twin room and a family room. The cottage also has a family bathroom, a fitted kitchen and a dining room and sitting room, both with open fires. Outside the cottage is roadside parking and a mature garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Close to the Lake District and the Cumbrian coast, Hillside is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.
Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome.

Town: Broughton-in-Furness is located in the south west Lake District, home to shops and pubs and within easy reach of Coniston Water. The Duddon Valley provides great scenery and walking and is within easy reach of lakes and moorland.

Relaxing Stay

The house is beautifully presented, very nice furnishings and benefits from 2 bathrooms. The only feedback from my family (including 2 teenage sons) was the lack of WiFi- I think everyone just assumes that it’s everywhere nowadays. Also for me, as mum, a tumble dryer in the rainy Lake District would have been helpful. The 2 sitting rooms are excellent for large families. Thank you for a lovely stay.
