Super emplacement sur le remblai, au milieu des restaurants très calmes, avec accès direct à la grande plage. Terrasse et vue très appréciable. Appartement très fonctionnel et agréable. Avec place de parking privée à 300 mètres.

agréable pour celui qui ne recherche pas à tout prix un aménagement d'aujourd'hui. Appartement fidèle à l'ambiance bateau hublot de l'entrée de l'immeuble et c'est bien comme ça.
