The hamlet of Annecy le Vieux has very good restaurants, such as Clos des sens.
The house is located 2Km from Albigny beach, it is on the right bank of the lake, the sunniest, with the beaches and villages of Veyrier, Menthon and Talloires.

You are on the road to the piste and cross-country ski resorts, La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand, which are 30Km away.

Geneva is 40 km (30 mm) by motorway, and 90 km from Chamonix, with its sea of ice and the Aiguille du Midi.
