It is located on the ground floor with direct access from the magnificent gardens of the Palme d'Azur residence. It includes a south-facing patio leading to its own small garden facing the swimming pool. There is a living room with two single benches (90 x 190), a fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area, a shower room with separate WC and a bedroom with a double bed (140x190). Each room has an independent, silent, hot or cold air conditioning system.

The advantages of this vacation rental: The apartment is only two minutes walk from the beach. The sunny patio and the garden are ideal for a relaxing breakfast or lunch.
