Perfect for film festival folks

It was super convenient to everything I needed to do for the film festival. The owner was super kind and helpful when I first got there and if I needed anything, he was willing to help. I’d stay here again!

This felt like a bait and switch. The property did not match the photos or listing description. Advertised as a one-bedroom, it was actually a tiny studio with an extra bed on an enclosed balcony. It was also next to a busy, noisy street.The property was unsanitary: grimy walls, unclean floors, and cracked, chipped and flaking ceilings, with material falling down. A large dark stain on the bathroom ceiling looked like mold. We left the same day.After travelling for over 20 hours, we were exhausted and suddenly had to find alternative accommodation. The host refused a refund. Resolving the matter with Vrbo took over an hour, several contacts, repeated explanations and numerous photographs. We were initially told to contact the host and wait up to 24 hours for a response, despite the conditions we reported.Vrbo eventually refunded us after reviewing our photographs. We appreciate the refund, but it does not erase the stress, lost time or disruption to our trip. Guests should not have to repeatedly argue their case when photographs document the problems.Vrbo also told us the listing would be removed. The last time I checked, it was still active, leaving other travellers at risk of booking based on the same presentation we saw in the host's photographs and description. I had read the positive reviews from previous guests and was genuinely surprised by them as our experience was completely different and extremely unpleasant.

Idéal si vous voulez profiter de la plage, de la croisette, de la rue Ménadier et du Suquet : tout se trouve à 10 min ! Un seul conseil : prenez la place de parking, aussi proche du centre c'est compliqué de se garer. C'est relativement peu bruyant aussi.
