Very beautiful villa in the heart of Cap Ferret close to shops, Bassin and Ocean

Very beautiful independent villa not overlooked of 150 m² living space with garden in the center of the Village of Cap-Ferret, near the Lighthouse (close to shops, market and beach, bike path, everything can be done on foot), with a wooden terrace and a garden ( facing south). With 3 bedrooms (2 with a 160 cm bed, 1 with a 140 cm bed), an open equipped kitchen opening onto a large main room with living / dining room, 2 bathrooms and two separate toilets. wifi access.
All the comforts are there as well as a very good location, to have a stay in the best conditions. RENTING SUNDAY TO SUNDAY ( 16 to 30 juillet /30 july to 13 august/13 to 27 august)
