Villa Concorde at the tip of Cap Ferret between ocean and bay

Ours, your villa is a wonderful place to just relax and recharge your batteries. This is also the ideal starting point to discover a unique landscape, the Bay of Arcachon. The plants from Margaux to Sauternes are less than two hours away. Just between the bay and the ocean, you can choose between the invigorating beaches of the Atlantic and the tranquil bay. Both within 15 minutes walking distance.

The Villa Concorde consists of three completely independent houses that are fully equipped: everything is there from the small spoon to the beach towels, about the vital corkscrew and oyster fork as well as games, DVD and books for children and adults.

This ad is for the "Big House" which unites the two largest houses, in a villa, with two living rooms: one is particularly suitable as a children's residence, while the "big ones" can linger in the other, about 60 square meters.

It is an authentic family home that can accommodate you restful throughout the year. The house was completely renovated in 2017 and 2018.

Summer vacation

The house is well situated within the town. Just 10mins walk to the Atlantic Ocean and 8mins to the basin water way on the other side. The house is spacious and well equipped with excellent kitchen and living room space. Large windows give the house a real connection with the nature just outside. Outside area is a bit small and dark due to tree cover but this just adds to the charm of the property. Bedrooms good size bathrooms are a bit basic and dark. All in all the property is a great holiday house for a family, smart, comfortable and good location.

Une très belle maison avec beaucoup d'espace, de confort. Des échanges très faciles avec M.et Mme Bonnafy. Beaucoup de disponibilité de la personne qui nous a accueillis. Un très bon emplacement proche de l'océan, tout près du marché et du bassin. Bref un excellent séjour. Merci Catherine

Villa Concorde is a family owned home belonging to the Bonnafy Family (Francois, Elena). We are an International family. Our origins are French, Brazilian, German and Swiss. We have lived in Aachen & Düsseldorf, Pittsburgh, & DC, London & Paris and Rio. We now live in Fribourg. However, we always come back to Cap Ferret where we can resources ourselves and spend time with good friends. In our free time, we love water sports in general in particular sailing.

Why they chose this property

Villa Concorde has been in our family for generations and it is dear to our hearts. We wish to share our love for the "Cap" with our guests.

What makes this property unique

First, the proximity: the Ocean and Bay beaches, the market, most of the restaurants and shops, all this is within walking distances (12 minutes).

Secondly, the calm. The villa is in a big garden on a small mound and well protected from noise (except from the surf, when we have west wind). The small altitude difference is also sufficient to let the sea breeze cool the house.

Finally, the modularity of the house: It is nice to spend the vacations with friends or family, but sometimes, one would like a bit of solitude, the possibility to retire in one's quarter:

The villa is composed of 2 independent, distinctively decorated houses with own garden or terrace, including a common laundry-room. The entire villa comprises 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 toilets, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms & 3 terraces. The house is well equipped with fully equipped kitchens, 2 TVS, 2 BBQ’s 2 sets of garden furniture for outdoor dining and 1 Baby-foot. This configuration is ideal to vacation together all the while maintaining one’s privacy and independence.
