Adorable Florida cottage - Perfect location to everything yet privacy needs are met. Newly decorated 2 Bedroom (luxury queen beds), 1 bath, living/dining area, Queen sofa sleeper in LR, large flat TV, full kitchen with eat in dining. Fenced yard - this home is on a corner lot adjacent to nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and local tourist attractions. 15 min. from white sandy beaches! This home has all new updates since being added as our 7th home at The Hideaway Panama City. Covered carport parking. Including lots of room for boat trailers. Enjoy all the amenities of The Hideaway properties. We are Super hosts too. Walk one house down to enjoy our2 large decks with waterfront views of the lagoon and bay. We offer free use of kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, and bicycles to all our guests. Also added in 2020, The Hideaway Greenhouse - sit, sip, relax inside our tropical greenhouse along with water views.

Hello, I am a property owner and long time builder. I came to Florida several years ago on a major condo project and simply never left. I enjoy the wildlife and nature this area has to offer; starting with the dolphins we often see daily from our homes. We are lightly populated residential area with all the activities close at hand, including great restaurants, parks, sugar sand beaches, shopping and so much more. You'll enjoy being outdoors; boating, paddle boarding & kayaks. I get a kick out of meeting the wonderful guests that come to experience "The Hideaway". The 6 rental units on the waterfront property keep you with plenty of options as well as other units off site. Vacation and business traveler's from literally around the world find their peace here at "The Hideaway" Panama City, Florida.
