Sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Alles war Perfekt. Küche ist voll ausgestattet,Wohn und Schlafbereiche gemütlich und sehr bequem. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und einfach nur ein wunderbarer Mensch. Vielen Dank!!! Auch unser Hund fühlte sich sehr wohl. Einfach Klasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Weg zum Wasser perfekt.Für uns war es ein sehr toller und einfach ein Perfekter Urlaub.Vielen lieben Dank,wir kommen gerne wieder.

Flairwohnung mit kleinerem Vorgarten

schöne, entspannte Urlaubstage.Die ersten zwei Tage aber sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig! Kleine Badewanne ohne Duschvorhang - alles unter Wasser! WC inkl. WC-Papier nass. Vermieterin ist dauernd am Garten "sprengen" keine Ruhe beim Frühstücken und Liegestühle werden weggeräumt. Hund darf nicht pinkeln! Kühlschrank schliesst nicht, nur mit "Gewalt" Wir fühlen, dass die Vermieterin Mühe hat, ihre Privatunterkunft , Urlaubern zu überlassen. Kontrollgänge! WLAN ist nicht den ganzen Tag zur Verfügung. Vermieterin wollte 5E pro Tag für Klima-Anlage? Wir haben abgelehnt, da wir ja eine kühle Parterre Wohnung haben. Ausstattung war gut , ebenfalls genug Handtücher/ zum Glück!

Die Gäste kamen an und bevor sie sich niederließen, überschwemmte die Dame das Badezimmer. Sie versuchte, das Wasser vom Badezimmerboden mit einem Dutzend neuer Handtücher aus dem Schrank aufzufangen. Im Badezimmer gibt es einen Eimer und einen Mopp (VILEDA). Der Hund darf seinen Stuhlgang nicht im Garten verrichten. Der Hund der Gäste erledigte sowohl große als auch kleine Stuhlgänge im Garten. Die Kühlschranktür schließt normal und die Gäste hatten vorher und nachher keine Beschwerden. Sie hätten ihre großen Liegestühle zusammenklappen und auf die Terrasse stellen sollen, damit der Garten bewässert werden konnte.

Kroatien ein Sommertraum

Sehr schöne Terasse, zum Frühstücken und draußen sitzen. Sehr nette Vermieterin stehtit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Täglich frische Feigen vom Baum :-) Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen aber alles sauber und ordentlich. Im Bad wäre eine Duschabtrennung o.ä. schön. Zum Schlafen für 4 Personen etwas beengt aber ausreichend. Die Lage zum Zentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad kein Problem, zu Fuß ein etwas ausgedehnterer Spaziergang. Aber auch in der näheren Umgebung kann man direkt an den Strand und Gastro gibt es auch.

Borik Stay

We had a great stay in the property. It is in a quiet neighbourhood which has a mixture of local and holiday properties. The apartment was just right for two people. The beach is minutes away, and a few restaurants within a short walk. Easy access to Rovinj on foot or by car, although it is a 35 minute walk. There is a local store around the corner which is okay for essentials. There is a new Kaufland supermarket 5 minutes away by car which is excellent. Jadankra the property owner was on site to meet us and was very helpful in getting us settled. The apartment is well equipped and the air conditioning in the bedroom was a great benefit at night.

Ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, die Lage zum Meer überzeugt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Und unser Hund hat sich sehr gut mit dem Haushund verstanden.

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Rovinj Borik. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern dargestellt. Genossen haben wir auch die Terrase, die immer kühlen Schatten spendete. Zum Strand ist man kurz die Straße hinunter gelaufen und durch einen kurzen Wald. Die Versorgungslage ist nicht schlecht.Keine 150 m ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, bei dem man als Tourist nahezu alles bekommt was man braucht. Dort gegenüber ist eine Pizzeria/Grill und 80 m weiter unten einen zweite Pizzeria/Grill. In beiden kann man sowohl Pizza,.. als auch Grill und Fischgerichte bekommen. Bei beiden sollte man mal essen. Ebenfalls ist das Restaurant am Strand zu empfehlen, Es ist einwenig teuerer aber jeden Cent wert. Wir hatten einen kleinen Hund dabei, der sich mit dem Haushund sehr gut verstanden hat. Wir kommen wieder.

Phantastisch!

Wir waren beim Jadranka in 2017 und wollten dieses Jahr wieder zurück. Die Wohnung liegt einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt. Der Strand ist für Kindern geeignet. Jadrankas Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und Air condition macht das Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Jadranka ist sehr nett und es kann sein dass wir uns in 2019 Wiedersehen. Fin leilighet med bra beliggenhet

Leiligheten har to romslige soverom, fint bad og kjøkken. Godt med aircondition på begge soverom. Stor uteplass i fin hage med store trær som gir god skygge. Leiligheten er godt vedlikeholdt, og renholdet holder særdeles høy standard. Meget hyggelige og hjelpsomme eiere. Kort vei til fin, barnevennlig strand. Leiligheten ligger et lite stykke utenfor sentrum i et rolig område uten gjennomgangstrafikk. Praktisk med matbutikk i umiddelbar nærhet. Passer meget bra for barnefamilier.

schöner Urlaub

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. DasAppartement war gut ausgestattet ruhig gelegen und fußläufig zum Strand. Dieser ist sauber mit netten Beachbars und auch Toiletten sind da. In der Nähe des Appartments sind mehrere Restaurants bei denen das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Im Konzum um die Ecke kann man ab 7 Uhr morgens Brötchen kaufen. Rovinj ist eine sehr malerische Stadt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank Jadranka und Romeo für den schönen Aufenthalt man morgens ab 7 Uhr Brötchen kaufen.

"Logement très bien situé près de la mer et pour visiter l''Istrie; quelques bémols : un peu sombre et pour 4 personnes un peu petit, il manquerait un salon ...des moustiquaires aux fenêtres... et un micro-ondes !! Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et disponibles, adorables avec nos enfants en particulier, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable en Croatie."

"logement très propre, un peu sombre, dans un quartier résidentiel au voisinage très méditerranéen, néanmoins calme! La nature luxuriante apporte son lot de moustiques et on se surprend à envier alors la clim´ des locataires du 1er étage. Petit bémol sur l´équipement: pas de grille-pain (seulement un appareil pour faire des toasts);le volume un peu insuffisant du cumulus (après deux douches, plus d´eau chaude!); et la télé qui ne marche pas à cause d´interférences, mais pas grave puisqu´elle ne propose que 3 ou 4 chaines croates."

"The message that guests left on a piece of paper was very positive, claiming that they were very satisfied with their accomodation. They left 1 day earlier because it was rainning. I don't understand why they wrote this testimony that is contradictory to their note. Considering the appartement, it is very bright and airy, if the shutters are open, especially if it is sunny day. As for mosquitoes, there are several apparatus against the mosquitoes in the appartement. They should be turned on during the night so that even one mosquito doesn't disturb your sleep. During the whole summer, the city authorities squirt mosquitoes on several occasions, so it is wrong to say that there are many."
