About this property

Lovely house close to beach with stunning sea views

Refurbished in 2022, this spacious and comfortable house sleeps up to 6 people and is situated within a five minute walk of the beach of Perros-Guirec on Brittany's Pink Granite Coast. All of the 3 upstairs bedrooms have sea-views and both reception rooms have doors opening onto the garden with its beautiful view of the sea and beach. The kitchen and breakfast bar were completely refurbished in Spring 2022. The main reception which incorporates the kitchen and dining area has a pleasant open-plan aspect while the second room has comfy sofas, a charming stone fireplace and shelves full of books and games. The house is very well appointed and with its excellent location should provide everything you need for a perfect family holiday. Linen, towels, cleaning and some logs are included in the price. As we live in Scotland, our house is managed by a local agent.

Local Activities: The beach next to the house offers water sport activities such as windsurfing, sailing and kayak hire. There are also tennis courts next to the beach and during July and August there is a children's beach club and trampolines. The area has many lovely coastal walks to enjoy and for golfing enthusiasts there is an 18 hole course within a 10 minute drive. The location is particularly scenic and a good way to appreciate the spectacular coastline is by taking a boat trip around the coast and islands.

Children's Activities: There are plenty of activities to keep the children amused if you fancy a change from the beach. At Tregastel, there is an indoor swimming pool and an aquarium. Nearby at Pleumeur-Bodou, there is a Gallic themed village with a boating pond, many unusual attractions for children and a covered restaurant. The same area also boasts a planetarium which has commentaries in English during the summer months.

Het was een heerlijk huis met een heerlijke tuin en een mooi uitzicht. Je kon heel makkelijk naar de boulevard lopen waar diverse restaurantjes zaten en een heerlijke ijssalon.

Très belle maison dans un très bel endroit

En perfektes Haus für Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden

Wir waren als zwei Paare dort. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Die Einrichtung ist ehr schön. Da wir schon öfter in Perros waren, haben wir keine großen Touren gemacht, sondern uns viel im Haus aufgehalten. Und da zeigte sich der wahre Wert des großen Hauses. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer für geselliges Beisammensitzen und genügend Platz, um sich zurückzuziehen und ein Buch zu lesen. Wir waren die ersten, die die nagelneue moderne offene Küche einweihen durften, alles vom Feinsten. Alle vorherigen negativen Kommentare könnt ihr vergessen! Wir haben beschlossen, uns zum nächste Familientreffen wieder hier einzumieten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Debbie und Mark, die wir kurz getroffen haben.

Sehr schöne Lage und Garten, tolles Haus, aber Küche und Fenster renovierungsbedürftig und dreckig

Das Haus und der Garten haben einen wundervollen Blick auf die Bucht, wie auf den Fotos. Die Zimmer sind angenehm, die Architektur zum Wohlfühlen, aber die Küche ist in einem stark renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand. Die Elektrogeräte haben funktioniert, aber wir mussten am Anfang des Urlaubs erstmal ein paar Schränke und Schubladen ausräumen und säubern um in diesen das Geschirr und die Küchenutensilien zu räumen, die wir gespült hatten und die benutzt werden konnten. Die Fenster im Haus sind ebenfalls renovierungsbedürftig. Die Agentin vor Ort hat sich gut um alle Reparaturen gekümmert. Muffig war es nicht. Eigentlich ist es ein tolles Haus und wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser interessanten Region, aber für den Preis sollte es besser Instand gehalten sein.

Magnifique séjour à Perros avec une vue splendide!!!

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette maison qui est parfaitement localisée, avec une vue a couper le souffle, un accès rapide a la plage de trestraou en 3 minutes par un chemin pédestre . Il y a un magasin d alimentation accessibles 5 minutes à pied. Tout était prévu pour ma fille de 2 ans, barrière de lit et chaise bébé. Bref tout était parfait et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.! Notre seule déception est que la semaine soit passée trop vite...

maison bien située pour découvrir la jolie côte de granit rose, et vue superbe . beau jardin bien clôt et entretenu. Heerlijk huis met fantastisch mooi uitzicht

Sfeervolle en comfortabel ingerichte woning. De ligging met uitzicht op zee zorgt op ieder uur van de dag voor prachtige vergezichten. Het is heerlijk om op loopafstand van het strand en het Sentier des douaniers zo'n fijn huis te kunnen bewonen.

Traumhaftes Haus mit Super-Blick und enormem Platz

Extrem schönes Ambiente! Es erfolgt laut der Managerin demnächst u.a. eine Modernisierung der offenen Küche. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großartig: 3 Schlafzimmer mit Blick zur Bucht. Das 4. Schlafzimmer fällt wegen Keller-Lage leider etwas ab, aber es ermöglicht immerhin die hohe Anzahl von Personen. Zum Strand geht es recht schnell fußläufig, wobei der Rückweg durch den steilen Anstieg recht steil ist. Die Betreuung durch die Managerin ist sehr gut und angenehm. Durch TV mit DVD sowie eine tolle Bluetooth-fähige Anlage kommt auch bei schlechtem Wetter keine Langeweile auf. Insgesamt eine extrem schöne Option für die Region Côte de Granit Rose, die an sich schon immer wieder ein kleines Wunder darstellt.

Beautiful Brittany

We stayed twice at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed both trips. The location was great our for trips to the beach during our summer trip and there's excellent cycling opportunities nearby. We also visited in November - we took full advantage of the real fires. The big kitchen table is a great feature and is very conducive to late-night chats over a glass or two. I'd highly recommend the property for it's location, character and fantastic views of the bay. We're hoping to return there for another memorable break very soon.

Perros-Guirec Holiday Home

Overall the property was fantastic! We were only two adults and two teenage children, so we had lots space. The house is unremarkable from the outside, but truly charming inside and exceeded all our expectations. Our only quibble would be the uncut grass and the poor condition of the garden furniture. The location, however, was a disappointment - not the beach, which was lovely, but the overall tastiness of the shops and restaurants - reminded me of Margate! We enjoyed our stay, the house was super, but we would not rush back to the area.

Luxury family home on the stunning granite coast

We stayed at this lovely home during the late spring earlier this year. When we arrived at the property after a long journey from the UK we were instantly impressed by the comfort, space and stunning views. The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped with all mod cons. We loved the fact that it was open plan and we could see the kids playing in the enclosed garden whilst we prepared meals. If the weather was good(and this year it was), we ate all our meals in the glorious garden, at a beautiful secluded spot, overlooking the Perros Guirec bay. When the sun went down the grownups could relax in the huge lounge, chatting and lighting the log fire if a chill was in the air whilst the children watched a movie in the adjoining living room. Bedrooms were comfortable, well-appointed and we loved hearing the sound of the waves ‘breaking’ on the shore as we drifted off to sleep. As you might expect the food was of a high standard, there was so much to choose from including French, Italian, Japanese and Britton Crepes. There were 2 supermarkets within a 2 km drive and fresh bread & croissants were baked at the local bakery in the village. The owners had thoughtfully left a packed list of recommendations, including walks along the granite path to neighbouring villages, local markets and towns that were in a radius of 30km. There was so much for us all to do, sports, tennis, a spa and boat trips but when the sun was bright the kids loved nothing better than to walk through the ‘secret passage’ down to the beach and play! We will be returning..

Klassisches Bretagne-Haus mit Schwächen

Schönes, uriges Bretagne-Haus in guter Lage, die Beschreibung und die Fotos stimmen mit der Realität überein! Die Übergabe war unkompliziert, die Kontaktperson sehr freundlich. Leider befindet sich das Haus in einem recht schlechten Zustand: Sämtliche Zimmer- und Schranktüren funktionieren nicht, der Gasherd ist nur bedingt funktionsfähig und das gesamte Haus war feucht - insbesondere das Schlafzimmer im Keller. Uns war es ein Bedürfnis, bei Urlaubsbeginn die Küche einer "Grundreinigung" zu unterziehen. Eine Müllentsorgung fand nicht statt, da keine Mülltonnen vorhanden waren. Fazit: In dem von uns angetroffenen Zustand können wir das Objekt nicht weiter empfehlen.

Over the years we have had some wonderful times, having friends and family to stay and also reuniting with the local friends we have got to know and love over the years. It really is a special place and we wish we could visit more often!
