Appartement idéalement situé pour profiter de la plage, du port, des promenades, des boutiques ou encore du marché. Non loin des villes voisines pour de belles visites.Le calme et le bon accueil nous ont permis de profiter d'un très agréable séjour.

L'appartement est confortable, propre et bien agencé. Toutefois et compte-tenu des périodes caniculaires que nous traversons, un bon ventilateur serait le bienvenu.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que les températures exceptionnellement élevées durant votre séjour aient pu impacter votre confort .L'épisode de canicule que nous avons connu était particulièrement inhabituel et difficilement prévisible .Notre location n'est habituellement pas équipée de ventilateur , les conditions climatiques de la région ne le nécessitant généralement pas . Toutefois , nous comprenons que dans ces circonstances exceptionnelles , un ventilateur aurait été apprécié. Nous allons donc étudier la possibilité d'équiper le logement afin de mieux répondre à ce type de situation si elle venait à se reproduire.

Appartement conforme à la description de l’annonce, dans copropriété calme et à 10 min à pieds du centre du Pouliguen. Literie très confortable et cuisine bien équipée avec possibilité de prendre ses repas sur le balcon.

Appartement idéal pour visiter et se reposer

Réservation à faire sans soucis. Accueil soigné par la propriétaire Appartement refais et décoré avec gout. Très bien situé, proche du centre à pied et de l'océan. Belles balades à faire à pied sur le littoral (GR34) ou en vélo avec de nombreuses pistes aménagées. Agréable séjour. Attention pour les visites à ST Nazaire, faire réservation au préalable (minimum 1 semaine pour les Chantiers et 1 mois pour Airbus)

Bel appartement avec toutes les commodités, le linge de lit est founi ainsi que les serviettes, proche du port et des commerces avec place de parking on peut tout faire à pied à refaire sans hésiter

Excellent emplacement au calme au centre du Pouliguen proche de la mer et des commerces. Charmant appartement bien aménagé, bien équipé ( wifi, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, etc... ) et bien décoré. Résidence au Pouliguen

L'appartement est entièrement rénové avec goût. La résidence se trouve tout près du centre ville du Pouliguen et à environ 15 mn de la plage du Nau. Nous avons été vraiment bien accueillis par la propriétaire. Nous reviendrons certainement.
