Ideally located 50 meters from the Avenue de Gaulle and all its shops, while being set back in a very quiet street, you can do absolutely everything on foot (beaches at 300m, shops nearby, bakeries, market at 100m).
Decorated with care, once you have passed the door, you can only feel at home and enjoy your stay in La Baule.
On the first level, you will find a great living room with open kitchen fully equipped and furnished, a living room with panoramic sofa, a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs, the spiral staircase will lead you to the master suite (queen size bed) with adjoining shower room (Italian shower). Another sleeping area with a futon on the floor (queen size) can accommodate 2 additional beds at this level.
Enjoy the comfort of this tastefully renovated apartment in the center of La Baule, while being nestled in a quiet dead end street!

Logement agréable mais inapproprié pour plusieurs adultes. Très bien pour une famille avec 2 ou 3 enfants mais pas trop jeunes car risque de chute dans l'escalier intérieur.

Hébergement très bien situé au Pouliguen mais l’intérieur de l’appartement n’est pas en adéquation avec l’annonceOutre l’absence de wifi et la panne de machine à laver, la poubelle n’avait pas été jetée, un des deux lits n’avait pas été fait, le ménage était plus que survolé, la machine à café n’était pas propre et vidée

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Lage ist absolut traumhaft, nah am Strand und mitten im Ort, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Alles war sauber und wir fanden die Wohnungen sehr gut ausgestattet — es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war auch sehr nett. Sie hat immer zügig geantwortet. Der Checkin war unkompliziert. Ein kleiner Hinweis für andere Gäste: Bei der oberen Etage mit den Schlafplätzen ist die Deckenhöhe begrenzt. Außerdem befindet sich das WC direkt unter der Treppe, was für größere oder ältere Personen etwas beengt sein könnte.Das hat unseren Aufenthalt aber keinesfalls getrübt — wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Très bel appartement bien placé !

L'appartement est très bien placé, il est décoré avec goût ! Le salon et la chambre principale sont spacieux. A l'étage, sous les combles, la hauteur est limitée, mais suffisant pour un couchage. La cuisine est bien équipée. Nous avons passé un bon week-end, nous étions 4 adultes et un enfant de 2 ans.
