Only 6 km from the sea, in the Rizzanèse plain, our property will offer you a panoramic view of Sartène and the Aiguilles de Bavella.<br>The Gulf of Valinco with its paradisiacal beaches and the richness of its landscapes make our region an ideal destination for your holidays.<br><br>The accommodations are on the first floor with a private outdoor space and a reserved parking space just in front.<br>The outdoor area is equipped with a relaxation area with garden furniture and parasol or shade sail to appreciate the calm of the place and the sweetness of the evenings and a dining area with table and chairs as well as a barbecue that will allow you to enjoy the sun and good grills. <br>It is ideally designed to accommodate 4 people. There is the possibility of accommodating an additional person.<br>It has WIFI access and air conditioning.<br>The kitchen area is equipped with a ceramic hob, a mini electric oven, a microwave oven and a fridge with freezer compartment. You will also find small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster) as well as everything you need to cook (crockery, pots, pans, etc.). The accommodation also has a small dishwasher and a washing machine. <br>The first floor bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm double bed. The upstairs bedroom is equipped with a 1 or 2 cm bed in 120 cm and a mezzanine bed for 1 person in 90 cm. <br>In the living area you will find a BZ and a TV.<br>In the bathroom you will find sink, shower and toilet<br>WIFI access is free and available throughout the building.<br>Our building houses several accommodations for holidaymakers but each accommodations are private and independent.<br>We are located in the countryside, between Sartène and Propriano. There is no public transportation. Personal vehicle essential.<br><br>Other information to note<br>1- Linen (sheets and towels) is included <br>2- We do not charge a cleaning fee, therefore the end-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. A cleaning deposit will be requested on arrival and returned on departure if the accommodations are left clean. <br>Stay up to 14 days: cleaning deposit 90 €<br>Stays of more than 14 days: cleaning deposit of €100<br>This must be paid at the end of the day by French bank check or cash. We do not take bank cards.<br>- Possibility of taking an "End of stay cleaning" option: To be requested and paid on arrival.
