Old stone sheepfold, restored with all comfort; located 25km south of Ajaccio, 3 km from Portigliolo beach, near the pretty village of Coti Chiavari .. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, exceptional site !!! absolute calm, surrounded by a large plot of one hectare of olive and pine trees.

On the ground floor: a living dining room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs: a large bedroom (30m2) with 2 fixed beds + 2 extra single beds. Located 5 minutes from the beach, (3km), with sailing club, tennis nearby, diving and hiking trails.

MANDATORY ADDITIONAL HOUSEHOLD COSTS: 60 EUROS
