Property was overall great and as advertised Ocean view and beach access were perfect The bedrooms are at the front of the property and for the first night there was a bit of noise from the exterior hallway However there were fans in each room which acted like white noise so sleeping was better using those

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this property. It is absolutely beautiful, impeccably decorated and the view was fantastic! Only problem we had was with the TV, which we had asked if it was streaming. It appeared it was, but not for us. There was no way to log in to our personal accounts on Netflix and Amazon Prime. Also, we could have used grab bars in the bathrooms. Hate to say anything negative, as this is the nicest property we’ve stayed in in Amelia, and we’ve visited many times. We will return!

Directly on beach with a fully stocked kitchen. Bedrooms comfortable and the unit was clean. The chairs in the living area were not comfortable and the lighting in that area was not great.

The condo was immaculate with comfortable updated furnishings. We greatly appreciated the coastal theme throughout. The Host/PM was very accessible and quick to respond to any questions. The pre-stay notices were very informative and timely. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and will keep this unit on our list of places to stay in the future.

This condo hits all the sweet spots. It has perfect location right on the beach and is spotless and well appointed with comfy beds and lots of space. The kitchen had everything needed. I'll make a point of returning on my next Ameilia Island trip.

The unit was as advertised. Great views. My only criticism was the supplies furnished. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper were furnished. No facial tissues were provided. Had to go to Walgreen's to purchase. Not enough bath towels provided. had to wash ones furnished.

Amelia Island vacation

It was WONDERFUL!!! Beautiful condo with amazing ocean view. The sunrises and sunsets were awesome! Location was very convenient to everything! Just steps from the uncrowded beach. We would certainly stay here again
