Welcome to our renovated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Villa at the Beach Front Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. This Villa is a 5 minute walk to the Resort's beautiful Private Access Beach and largest outdoor pool on the Island. New appliances & furniture. Sleeps up to 4 adults & 3 kids Comfortably. Villa has a fully equipped Kitchen, Coffee Bar with Keurig, 3 Wall Mounted Smart TV's, & Hi-Speed Wifi service. You're only steps to the Resort Fitness Center, Tennis & Pickleball Courts, Playground, Picnic Area & Charcoal Grills. On-site bike rentals will allow you the opportunity to explore the Island and enjoy the scenery offered on the many bike/walking trails. Resort has 3 on-site restaurants with one across from the pool on your way to the beach which offers food, drinks and ice cream. Resort includes 24 hour manned security and on-site maintenance. Shopping and restaurants are just a short drive or Trolley ride from the resort. On-site bike rentals are available. The Island also has its own Outlet Mall just a 15 minute drive away. ***Please Note: This is a 3rd Floor Walk-Up unit with no elevator access. HHI STR Permit #072222

We chose this villa because of the awesome Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort's community feel and short walk to the ocean. We have enjoyed spending time at our villa with our 6 children and 2 grandchildren - making new memories and enjoying each other's company. We are excited to get the opportunity to share it with you and your friends/family!

Fitness Facility, Tennis & Pickleball Courts, Playground & Picnic area with Charcoal Grills are a short walk from the Villa. Bikes can be rented at the front of the property so you will have the opportunity to explore the awesome trails on the Island.
