This beautiful and comfortable home is in a lovely development in the Catalina Foothills area of Tucson. Rooms are spacious—especially the primary bedroom, which includes a sitting area, a desk, a walk-in closet , and large en suite bathroom. Closet and storage is ample, and the patio has excellent views. All bathrooms and kitchen are modern, with high-quality fixtures. We enjoyed using the study (with a Murphy bed!) off the kitchen. The very large dining room has a pool table instead of a dining table but the kitchen bar area accommodates four people comfortably. Lots of shopping within a short drive. Self-check-in was easy. Property management is efficient and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful, spacious home with fantastic kitchen! Loved the darts, pool, ping pong, and shuffle board. We were well-entertained and very, very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again! Loved it!
The house was amazing. Perfect for socializing with lots of fun activities, a beautiful kitchen with many appliances, huge bedrooms and bathrooms. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with wonderful Mountain View’s. We will definitely book again. 😊❤️
We have stayed three separate months in this lovely house. The Bedrooms, the bathrooms, and the kitchen are lovely and well appointed. There is a big living room off the kitchen with a really nice TV and streaming capabilities - it's pretty dark in the room but that's a good thing on a hot desert day. Lovely patio and contained yard.
We loved the location. The house was well equipped with anything that we needed. The bath towels were exceptionally soft and that’s important to us. The only drawbacks are the lighting, which at night isn’t the best, and there is no dining room table. There is a pool table.
We would definitely rent this property again when visiting the Tucson area.
spacious, well-appointed kitchen. big-screen TV with plenty of older DVD's but couldn't hook up TV to view them. More comfortable kitchen counter chairs would be nice. Bedrooms/baths very satisfactory. House location convenient & in upscale area. Would definitely return(& probably will)
There's a lot that's really good about the property. Kitchen and bathrooms are newly remodeled and really nice, beds were comfortable, fast and strong wifi, the office space was great for working remotely, the neighborhood is beautiful. The house has a few quirks which one should know about in advance. The biggest is the lack of a dining table and chairs. Instead there is a pool table. It was fun playing pool, but difficult at dinner time. The bar stools at the kitchen counter weren't a comfortable place for eating. In general there isn't enough sitting space. The two small couches are great for two people but when we had friends over we didn't have enough space to socialize comfortably, and the outside chairs were quite uncomfortable. The lighting in the house is inadequate, so it was difficult to read or play board games in the evenings. It takes forever for the hot water to get to the showers and faucets - but hang in there, once it does there's good water pressure, it's plenty hot, and we never ran out of hot water. We would have liked a broom or vacuum to clean with.
We used this home to host friends and family we were visiting. It was clean, quiet, and comfy. I loved having coffee on the back porch in the mornings. The only downside was not having a dining room table.
We enjoyed the house even more this year. We saw multiple coyotes, javalenas, and roadrunners and quail. The house is perfection equipped with great bathrooms, beds, and entertainment. Love it!
Any deficiencies were promptly attended to by Pete there was never anything questioned with respect too should it be fixed.
The house however was not ready for us to move in for 1 ½ month.
a. Burnt our light bulbs
b. No cleaning supplies in the house.
c. Windows not clean
d. Dirty floors and countertops
e. No sink stoppers anywhere in the house
For all of these inconveniences some of the rental money was returned.
We enjoyed the house and were happy that it was near the bicycle loop trail. Very nice kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. The games were fun too. I’d prefer an actual dining table to eating at the bar, but it was perfectly comfortable so I still gave 5 stars. The property manager was very responsive which is always a bonus.
This place had everything you could possibly ask for and more. The extra little touches included complimentary hand sanitizers on the table by the door, lotion and soap in the bathroom, dozens of movies, a fully stocked kitchen, extra towels and blankets, and the house smelt amazing!!!
We had a great experience here and if we ever visit Tuscon again we’ll definitely try to rebook this place.
This house is The Best we’ve stayed in thru VRBOs !!
This house is Lovely in every way. The owner/ manager was kind, and very responsive when we need to call x2. After the first nite, we called him as we were cold sleeping ( we’re from Idaho). He said, “ you will have new blankets delivered within 3 hours”, and we did! We were very pleased with this home for our family!
The only problem we had, were the shower heads in 2 BRs- one just dripping-not a good flow, and the middle BR, the shower head fell off at the first use, as the threads were stripped.
There is no light fixture ( it’s missing) in the dining room, over the pool table.
These were minor, annoying issues but we were thrilled with this lovely hone!
We plan to stay there again!
My family spent a week at this home working and learning remotely. Secluded location on a 1.0 acre lot yet close to many quality restaurants/shopping/conveniences and hiking/biking. Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were nicely renovated with stone countertops and hardwood cabinetry. Kids enjoyed the pool table and shuffle board. Only flaws were no dining room table to seat our family, poor interior lighting after dark, and no broom and dustpan available during our stay. Beyond that it was an overall great value.
