This beautifully upgraded getaway has a full kitchen with upgraded cabinets and granite countertops, nice backed bar stools, and everything you need to make a full family meal. The living room has warm cherry and tropical furnishings and a double sofa bed. Snuggle up on the sofa and watch TV if you're in need of a relaxing afternoon or head over to the balcony with a refreshing and cold beverage in hand to take in the views and admire the scenery. The shared outdoor pool is a great perk you and your friends will have access to if you find the beach too crowded for your liking.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). The property was just okay, not great but not terrible, either. The sofa cushions are removable and need to be laundered. The kitchen is basic but was lacking a number of cooking tools. No baking sheet or large frying pan or skillet. The coffee maker is has no k-cup feature. Beds were medium-firm and the balcony only had seating for four people.

Great location, liked the low-density building and private beach with beach chairs/umbrella service. Negatives - mattresses were not good in either bedroom, so much so that I would really think before booking again. Kitchen wasn’t fully stocked (we had three forks in the silverware drawer, no baking sheet, and no coffee filters for the coffee maker).

Nice place

The view is absolutely gorgeous! This was our second time staying at the Beach house just a different condo this time. The condo was was nice, the couches were a little stained and the patio furniture was older and an and the patio table was wobbly. The bathroom door would stick and for some reason the master bathroom shower would never get hot no matter what time of day you were using it. But it was still a nice place and the beach is fantastic, not overcrowded and they offer the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Would stay there again.

Great Spring Break

This location was perfect. The condo was good, and we were able to fix meals and enjoy the balcony. The view is top notch! The beds were comfy, the sofa's are white and could use a good cleaning but other than that, our stay was great. We would definitely come back.

Pleasent Oasis

This place was lovely. The view is breath taking. It is very spacious and updated. The location was very convenient. Less than a five minute walk from all the action on scenic hwy, stores, shop, and attractions. The complex is nicely laid out and quiet at the time we went despite the construction and holiday weekend. I recommend staying here. It was worth it.

Great visit to Mirimar Beach Fl

My husband and I had a great stay at this location. No issues checking in. Everything was just as described. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. The master bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. It appears there is a newer sofa and loveseat than what is in the pictures. My only couple of suggestions are to add an oscillating fan to each bedroom. It got a little stuffy at night. A cookie sheet or pizza pan would be a nice addition as well. We had leftover pizza we wanted to heat up in the oven, but there wasn’t anything for us to use… not a deal breaker, we used the microwave instead. We loved Mirimar Beach/Destin area.

Disappointing.

We've been staying at the Beach House for probably 20 years and have never had such a disappointing stay. The couch and the love seat both had multiple stains and looked very dirty. The shower curtain in the master bath had pink and black mold on it. It should be replaced. The oven and stove light did not work. The construction workers power washed floors and stairs day after day, which caused dripping water to splash on us as we tried to go to the beach or out to lunch, etc. The elevator was being worked on but no notice to those on the upper floors. Day after day we heard scraping, power washing, hammering, etc.

In Need of Deep Clean and Updates

Location , location, location. You simply can't beat being directly on the beach, with a great view, and the beach service is great especially if you have small kids. We have stayed at this complex before, but in a different unit. The complex is dated, however each unit is very different. I would not stay in this unit again. It wasn't out right dirty, but it was dated, with clear stains on the couch, and items in the kitchen could desperately need a deep clean. If are updated and cleaner units available, take them over this one. Yes, the location is great, and complex is good. This unit is in desperate need of a deep clean and updates. The beds and couch are not comfortable, and everything is much older and worn than appears in the picture. I did report to mgmt my thoughts on this as well. Hopefully someone gives this unit a much needed update and deep clean.
