Très bien situé et très belle vue

L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche des commerçants, des restaurants et surtout des plages. Tout peut être fait à pied c’est bien appréciable. la vue est superbe, et la belle terrasse permet d’en profiter pleinement.Juste à descendre et traverser la rue pour aller à la plage. La place de parking en soi sol est aussi un plus.

Appartement tres appréciable, bien situé avec une très belle vue .Très bien situé pour profiter de balades le long de la côte , et accéder au cœur de la ville à pied.Entre les halls , les marchés et la ville close séjour très apprécié. Je recommande et aurais grand plaisir à y retourne

Positif: vue, immeuble ,situation. Négatif: location très mal chauffée car gérée par l 'immeuble. Batterie de cuisine très comptée et vétuste.

Vue exceptionnelle, situation très appréciable, à deux pas du centre ville. L'appartement pourrait être agréable mais il est un peu vétuste. Il demanderait à être refait à neuf, matelas y compris...

Vue magnifique

Résidence située proche du centre face à la mer avec vue magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas. Appartement spacieux, bien équipé. Un petit rafraîchissement du balcon serait la bienvenue. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.
