Lovely hosts, a quiet little cottage in ideallic surroundings with everything you need. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat close to gorgeous Honfleur.

Perfect peaceful haven

I stayed here with my partner for 5 days at the end of August. The pressure is a perfect little bolt hole for exploring the Normandy coast including Honfleur and Deauville. Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. The host Gigi was super helpful and lovely throughout our stay. If we can make it back this would be our top choice of place to stay.

Short trip

We checked in on saterday and checked out the day after on sunday, because weather was terrible. Also was the weater forecast for the next 5 days. The tinny house is just big (small) enough for 2 persons but to small for an extra dog.

Je comprend la déception de Stephaan qui n'a pas eu la chance d'avoir un temps clément . Semaine avec beaucoup de pluie comme dans beaucoup de régions . La maison est très cosy pour 2 personnes , je n'ai jamais eu de remarques à ce sujet par contre je dois admettre qu'avec un grand chien cela n'est pas agréable lorsque le chien ne peut pas profiter du parc et désormais je n'accepterai plus de voyageurs avec un chien dans cette maison ou alors des mini chiens .

Lovely Gite in quiet rural location

We enjoyed our stay in The Pressor which is a lovely thatched property in beautiful surroundings. Gigi was there to welcome us and offered us helpful advice. The garden was dog friendly and secure so our little dog felt happy to play and we were happy that she was safe. We found the kitchen to be basic with just two electric rings to cook on but there was a microwave and toaster to use as well. I did suggest to Gigi that a small freezer would be useful especially on hot days when ice would have been welcome. I also mentioned that a permanent fan in the bedroom would help as it does tend to get too hot at nights even with the small window open. Overall, we would recommend staying in The Pressor if a quiet location and a quirky thatched property is what you want for a break in Normandy to recharge your batteries.

Très belle petite maison de charme dans un beau parc tranquille. Proche de Honfleur et accesible avec velo par une piste cyclable le long de la seine. Très facile pour faire le check in et out.

Univers cocooning et branché musique !Malgré le temps notre chienne à apprécié l'espace. Tres au calme pour nous. Une piste d'amélioration : équipement de cuisine échange du mini bar en forme d'enceinte adapté au salon par un frigo avec glaçons et du matériel pour ceux qui aiment se faire un peu de cuisine par mauvais temps...Propriétaires très agréables .nous recommandons.

Chaumière en pleine nature

Long week-end reposant, dans un endroit privilégié, au calme, en pleine nature et à quelques minutes de l’animation d’Honfleur. L’accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et la petite chaumière très agréable à vivre.

Je suis plus que surprise de ces remarques que personne, bien au contraire ,a cru bon indiquer dans un commentaire précédemment . Le descriptif de cette maison et ses équipement est très clair et précis . Il y a une petite kitchenette équipée comme cela est bien précisé dans l'annonce . La salle de bain n'est certainement pas en fin de vie loin de là et quant au canapé en cuir de Koudou , il est très spacieux , souple et confortable mais peut être pas adapté à certaines morphologies , je peux en convenir . Bref , l'attitude très amicale de ce monsieur lorsque je lui ai demandé en le croisant si tout allait bien ne laissait pas du tout entrevoir un tel commentaire injustifié d'autant plus que si quelque chose leur manquait, je leur avait indiqué , comme à tous mes voyageurs , de venir m'en parler directement chez nous vu qu'on habite aussi une des maisons de la propriété.

Merveilleuse semaine en France

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette très belle maison de vacances. Des hôtes très sympathiques et la nature à couper le souffle. Normandie 2023

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Gigi ist eine sehr unkomplizierte, aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie stand uns jederzeit für Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung, war aber nie aufdringlich. Wer einen ruhigen Ort für einen Aufenthalt in der Normandie sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Comme nous l avions prévu, un cadre magnifique et calme.des hôtes super accueillant et aux petit soins. Nous étions vraiment connecté à la nature et ça nous a vraiment ressourcés et notre chien était comme chez lui. Nous y retournerons très certainement. Encore merci gigi

Très belle endroit a deux pas d honfleur, de nombreux sentiers pédestres juste à côté

La location est vraiment charmante avec son toit normand, la propriété est très bien entretenue, et les chiens sont acceptés
