The space
Indulge in unparalleled comfort in each bedroom, where a Queen bed, Smart TV, and Ceiling Fan await. Enjoy the luxury of a private full bathroom in each bedroom. The main floor features a convenient half bath. The living room is a sanctuary with a 65" TV equipped with ROKU, accompanied by high-speed internet for your entertainment needs. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, offering a Keurig, coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, and a dishwasher. Additional conveniences include a washer and dryer. Outside, experience ultimate relaxation on the semi-private full patio, complete with stylish patio furniture. Your retreat awaits!

Guest access
We've arranged for your convenience 24-hour access to the house using a personal access/group code. This access is available from your check-in time starting at 4:00 pm until your check-out time at 10:00 am.

If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, we'll do our best to fulfill these requests, please be aware that availability may be limited based on the check-in or check-out schedules of our future or current guests. Also there is a $25 fee associated with each.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have outdoor cameras that record throughout all reservations. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to ensure your stay is secure and enjoyable.

Just like home!

Gary was a great host! The property was exactly as listed. My family (4 adults and 1 child) stayed there for 2 nights while visiting Nashville (easy drive). Would definitely stay there again!

We are Gary and Alela. We are both retired military and we have been married for over 30 years, we have lived here in Clarksville for 16 years of those years. I am from Michigan and Alela is from Alabama.

This is a new area that is close to everything, it is just off the main roadway to Clarksville Mall, Starbucks, multiple eating restaurants, Interstate 24, Ft Campbell, Austin Pea University, and Downtown Clarksville.

What makes this property unique

This house is located off a major thoroughfare. Wilma Rudolph (US79) will take you from downtown Clarksville to Russellville, KY and beyond. Along the way you will pass Governor Square Mall, Interstate 24 and many restaurants and shopping centers the other way you will have access to Austin Pea University and downtown Clarksville.
