Lark's Nest Mountain View is a comfortable and cozy duplex just a few minutes from downtown Helen.

This property has a modern style with plenty of space that features one king bed, one queen bed and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped which flows into a spacious living area that has a gas log fireplace to keep guests warm and cozy on cool evenings. You will also find a laundry area that has a washer and dryer. Outside of the back door there is a deck that has a hot tub, gas grill and patio furniture for comfortable seating.

There is an EV Charger for electric vehicle owners at the front of the property. A fee of $10 per day will be added to your reservation. Please contact our office for more details.

• Minimum Age Requirement: Lark's Nest Mountain View is a Luxury property and available to families or to guests 25 years or older.
• Parking: Space is available for 4 vehicles. Trailers and RV's are not allowed.

Enjoyed stay with 2 adults and 2 daughters. House was clean and well stocked. Gated community but no issues entering or leaving. Close to main travel strip in Helen. About 12 steps to enter front door of property but no stairs inside. Hot tub available but we did not use. Back porch overlooking woods. Quiet location. Would recommend.

Although, I was a bit disappointed that there were no start-up toiletries, no whisk, no wine opener, no TV remote for Queen size room and the stairs to go up to the apartment were a bit warped and scary. Other than that, it was very comfortable and cozy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lark’s nest served its purpose for us. The home was clean, had good space(although slightly challenging with full size suitcases), a very friendly guard at the security gate, serene forest views, a relaxing hot tub and much needed laundry setup! The general aesthetic of the home is a bit dated, older appliances, worn in furniture, however that sort of leads to its charm. To get to the front door you’ll need to climb a decent set of stairs. Don’t forget to bring your own laundry detergent and bathroom toiletries-i.e shampoo, body wash etc! Also, if you like to watch tv, bring your own passwords to streaming services. The town of Helen is quite lovely!

My best friend & I had a wonderful stay at the Lark’s Nest in Helen, GA. The condo was exactly as described. Very clean, & several personal touches that made us feel right at home during our girls weekend. The communication was fantastic; check in and check out was so easy.
