Mountain Crossing - Bring the Whole Family to the Best Location in Helen
Welcome to Mountain Crossing (formerly Kings Court) where the living room invites you to relax in front of the gas log fireplace and plan a movie night with all your guests! There is free WiFi and the SmartTV in the living room features YouTubeTV for your entertainment.
This cozy home away from home has a kitchen featuring granite counter tops and full size stainless steel appliances. The cabinets are filled with all the cookware and dinnerware needed to create meals to remember. The drawers are filled with cooking utensils and flatware, cupboards with glassware and cups. The small appliances available for your convenience include a standard drip coffee maker, a toaster, an electric can opener, a blender and a new air fryer. Plan a cookout and use the gas grill located just outside. The dining table has four chairs with a bench and there are two bar stools at the kitchen counter. Gather round and enjoy! Just beyond the dining area is the laundry closet with both a washer and dryer.
The main floor king bedroom has a private bath with a walk in shower and a jetted garden tub. Enjoy the outdoors and watch the wildlife pass by on the private outdoor patio with a table and chairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with their own bath, a television and private door to a deck sitting area. The front bedroom features a double bed, while the back bedroom is a king. The bedroom televisions can be used for guests' subscription login or the free streaming channels offered. There are ceiling in each room and the upstairs bedrooms are divided by a sitting room with a dry bar, mini refrigerator and a microwave. The loft area has a futon for one or two guests.
This holiday home is conveniently located within the city limits of Helen in the gated community of Innsbruck and is within walking distance to downtown.
• Minimum Age Requirement: Mountain Crossing is a Luxury property and available to families or to guests 25 years or older.
• Parking: Space is available for 3 vehicles. Trailers and RV's are not allowed.
• Access: The road and driveway are paved
