Maison top! Hôte adorable! On reviendra! À préciser toutefois dans l’annonce que le propriétaire vit sur place dans la dépendance mais il reste discret, et l’emplacement est plus près d’Oletta que de St Florent. Le séjour a été fantastique!

Angabe zu Lage/Entfernung absolut falsch, tolles Haus

Das Haus ist NICHT in St. Florent sondern in Oletta. Die Angaben 9 Gehminuten sind FALSCH. Zum Strand und nach St. Florent sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ich habe beim Vermieter nachgefragt, da andere Rezessionen dies auch angegeben haben. Er antwortete ewig nicht und dann sie fahren 9 Gehminuten(???). Das Haus ist mega schön, allerdings ist die Lage so, dass man für alles ein Auto braucht. Sehr befremdlich fanden wir, dass in der Wohnküche und auf der Terasse Kameras hingen, die auch an waren (wir haben dann Socken über die Kamera gezogen, das geht echt gar nicht). Außerdem ist zu wissen, dass der Besitzer mit auf dem Grundstück wohnt. Er nutzt allerdings vermutlich den Eingang durch das Nachbargrundstück, zumindest ist er nie durch das Hoftor gekommen. Er war aber schon immer ma bei uns auf der Terasse um etwas am Pool zu machen. Das störte uns nicht weiter, aber wir fanden, dass man das wissen muss. Unsere 14 Tage dort waren trotz allem sehr schön, die Zimmer sind gut, die Küche mega ausgestattet, der Pool war toll, die Boulebahn haben wir auch fleißig genutzt. Absolutes MINUS sind die falschen Angaben zur Entfernung und die Kameras.

Schönes Haus, Gute Betreuung

Alles was man braucht. Nur die Entfernungungen stimmen nicht. Bis zum Strand zB. 5,5km, bis zum Einkaufsmarkt 3km. Ein Auto ist also Voraussetzung, dann ist es kein Problem. War ein schöner Urlaub.

Kurzbewertung des Objektes

-Mein Aufenthalt war sehr durchwachsen. -Das Objekt war sehr gut. -Die Lageangabe war falsch und grob irreführend. Es befand sich in Oletta und nicht in Saint Florent. -Eine exakte Lagevorgabe erfolgte nicht. So mussten wir 1,5 Stunden uns durchfragen. -Ein Verwalter zur Schlüsselübergabe stand nicht zur Verfügung.(Der Schlüssel lag unter der Matte) -Hand- und Badetücher wurden nicht zur Verfügung gestellt und wurden trotz Aufforderung nicht nachgeliefert. -Das vorgefundene Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig und ungespült. -Der Kühlschrank war noch mit Essensreste des Vorgängers gefüllt. -Die Dunstabzugshaube war defekt und ist trotz Kenntnis nicht vom Vermieter während unseres Aufenthalts repariert worden. Der Grill war nicht gereinigt. -Die Ausstattung der Küche war für diese Preisniveau eher dürftig. -usw.

Excellent séjour

Superbe endroit, correspondant tout à fait à la description faire sur le site. Avons eu contact sur place avec le propriétaire, Alain : homme charmant, très gentil, accessible et prêt à aider si nécessaire. Points positifs supplémentaires : Alain nous a convié à une partie de pèche en mer car nous n'étions que deux à occuper la villa et le jour de notre départ, la villa n'étant pas réservée, nous avons pu rester jusque fin d'après-midi (notre bateau partait à Bastia à 1945 hres). Nous avons ainsi encore pu profiter une journée entière de la villa et de sa piscine. Un grand merci aux propriétaires, Alain et son fils pour les contacts et l'acceuil.

Un endroit très agréable pour rayonner dans le nord de la Corse

La maison bien équipée correspond tout à fait à la description et les photos présentées. Le lieu est calme et facile d'accès. Légèrement en retrait de Saint Florent (5mn en voiture) et proche des commodités , cette maison est faite pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le bon accueil du propriétaire permet de se repérer rapidement et d'être autonome.

Traumhafter Urlaub !

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in naher Lage zum quirligen Ort St. Florent! Alles ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, ein herrlicher Pool ( Salzwasser, war für uns überraschend aber sehr angenehm!) und direkt daneben der Bouleplatz, den wir gerne und oft genutzt haben! Bei Reichlich Liegen im Garten und einer gemütliche Lounge zum Entspannen haben wir auch mal Tage nur zu Hause und am Pool verbracht! Alain ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns immer mit Gas zum grillen oder Tipps zum esengehen versorgt. Er wohnt im Studio nebenan, und wäre daher bei Problemen jederzeit ansprechbar (auch wenn wir die nicht hatten). Das Haus liegt in einer privaten Ferienhaussiedlung mit Tor zum Grundstück und ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Ein Auto ist aber nötig um St Florent und die Strände zu erreichen. Wir hatten mit 2 Familien einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns im Haus von Alain rundum wohlgefühlt! Vielen Dank!

Wunderschöner Sommerurlaub

Die Villa, in einer ruhigen Siedlung gelegen, entspricht vollständig den Fotos und Beschreibungen der Anzeige. Alles ist sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsen und 3 Kindern dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist auch bei voller Belegung ausreichend groß. Klimaanlage und Pool machen heiße Sommertage angenehm. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort. Die Lage macht allerdings ein Fahrzeug zwingend erforderlich. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr Sauber großzügig ausgestattetes Ferienhaus.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter , hilfsbereit gibt sich Mühe die Wünsche des Kunden zu erfüllen. Top Lage sehr ruhig in einer Siedlung ca 5 Fahrminuten von St. Florenz entfernt. Pool sehr gepflegt.Haus neuwertig mit liebe zum Detail gemacht. Große Terrasse ok. Poolplarz. Waren mit 4 Motorrädern u. Fahrrädern da. Könnten alles vor dem Haus Parken. Anlage mit 2 El.Toren gesichert! Kommen bestimmt wieder!

Superbe villa toute neuve, tout confort et très bien équipée. Elle est très bien située, à proximité d'un centre commercial et non loin de Saint Florent et de ses plages. Le propriétaire est très gentil et fait tout pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. Encore merci ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

magnifique villa neuve et parfaitement équipée aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Très belle piscine, deux terrasses et même un terrain de pétanque pour profiter un maximum de l'extérieur. propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique et aux petits soins pour ses locataires. proche de Saint Florent, de la mer et des commerces. super séjour. nous reviendrons volontiers et recommandons cette location. bonne continuation Alain et merci encore.
