Adorable property with iconic patio on canal. It is a beautifully remodel unit with all the comforts needed while traveling. The toilet is on the first floor with one bedroom and the other bedroom is on the 2nd floor. We opted to stay in upper room so navigating the spiral staircase in the middle of the night can be tricky but it is part of its charm. The patio is shared with other residents so it is not exclusive to the flat. We did get to enjoy it alot of the time we wanted so it wasn’t an issue. We really enjoyed the location and would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Annecy.

Our stay in Annecy

This quaint VRBO is in a lovely location within the town of Annecy. It has a tight staircase connecting 4 floors, with the toilet on the first. The kitchen is modern and well appointed but shower/toilet amenities were minimal and could be enhanced. There was a slight sewer smell upon entering the apartment - may be due to its location, but should be noted. The small table and chairs in the common area just outside the door, was a fun location to sit and relax and watch the world go by - and a nice place to meet different people!

Fabulous stay in the heart of it all!

Our family of four loved this stay. The property manager was delightful and very flexible/helpful. We were in the middle of it all and even watched the Bastille Day fireworks from the river steps. We will definitely stay here again! (only small tiny hitch, the bed sheets were a little rough and it was a bit warm at night, nothing a fan didn't solve.)

Check in et check out faciles; explications très claires.
