Nice apartment

Apartment really nice, true to photographs. It had everything we needed and more. We can't fault it. Apartment is top floor, we had stormy weather for our stay so if the noise of the heavy rain would disturb you then this is not the place for you. Apartment central and close to all amenities. We had to reschedule our holiday so the communication channels were not ideal with the agency, but on arrival Sylvie was very friendly and welcoming.

Property was fantastic. Spacious, very comfortable. Everything we needed. Large bedroom with double bed and ensuite. Large sofa bed. It was quite warm but fans are provided. The 3 flights of stairs with a heavy suitcase was hard but worth it. Only downside was walking round the harbour to collect and drop off the keys with local agent. A 10-15 min walk from the property. We would definitely stay here again if available

Nous avons passé un superbe week-end chez Elia. L'appartement est très bien situé, très confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. On s'est senti comme à la maison. Cuisine super bien équipée, consignes d'arrivée en vidéo très claires et accueil chaleureux à l'agence.

Le logement est dans le vieux centre de La Rochelle, proche du vieux port. La rue est calme. Le logement est tout à fait conforme aux photos. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Bel appartement, élégant et confortable

Très bel appartement. On est comme des invités à qui des relations prêteraient leur appart " en toute confiance". Par contre, personnellement, je n'aime pas la formule d'une agence qui ne réceptionne pas les hôtes, ni à l'arrivée ni au départ. Le centre ville de La Rochelle est superbe mais il faut en connaître tous les codes, notamment pour la voiture, les bus etc...Ah! c'est La Rochelle quoi !

Great location

Very nice apartment. Would be nice to have microwave so when it's hot you don't need the stove. Easy transfer of keys. Excellent location but be warned it is 3 flights up. When it's hot, we were there when it was 38c, no AC so apartment can get quite warm. Bring your own towels.
