Ideal nearby Grand Pavois boat show in September (direct access and view of the Port des Minimes).

Beaches of the Minimes at the foot of the building (direct access has 20m of the beach).
Residence with elevator and outdoor parking.
Access to the Old Port with the smuggler (sea shuttle).

Der Ausblick mit Rundumsicht ist wirklich toll, auch die große Dachterrase. Über- und Abgabe der Wohnung haben gut geklappt.Das Appartement ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Tiefkühlfach ist sehr klein, die Klospühlung hakt und der Ofen ist eine erweiterte Mikrowelle.Trotz leichter Mängel ist die Wohnung wegen Lage und Blick eine Empfehlung.

Wohnung und Terrasse sind sehr schön und perfekt gelegen. Erst bei der Abreise erfuhren wir, dass man anscheinend von den Gästen erwartet, dass sie die Wohnung putzen. Das erklärt, warum es in der Wohnung an einigen Stellen, vor allem im Bad, nicht wirklich sauber war. Eine professionelle Reinigung sollte schon Standard sein. Trotzdem war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön, die Terrasse ist wirklich außergewöhnlich.

Tout était parfait. Nous avons apprécié l'appartement et sa grande terrasse. Le bateau bus qui se trouve à quelques petites minutes de l'appartement vous emmène au vieux port de la Rochelle en 20 min. C'est super. Nous gardons l'adresse pour une prochaine occasion.

Appartement très fonctionnel, plage et promenade au pied de l’immeuble, et la navette bateau qui nous amène directement au vieux port de La Rochelle est très pratique et agréable. Séjour très agréable

La vue de l’appartement et de la terrasse est magnifique. L’appartement est très fonctionnel. L’accès au vieux-port est facilité par le bus de mer (tout proche du logement). Le séjour nous fut très agréable même avec un temps pluvieux. Nous y reviendrons sûrement.
