Villa Eden is a magnificent villa built in 2018 and tastefully furnished in a modern style. It has all the comforts you need for a perfect stay: holidays or telecommuting. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by Stéphane who will show you the house and will remain available throughout your stay.

In a quiet cul-de-sac street, the villa is located in the exclusive area of the Costa Papagayo in the south of Lanzarote. It is located 15 minutes walk (3 minutes by car) from the Playa Dorada beach and the centre of the village of Playa Blanca, it is also 7 minutes by car from the splendid nature reserve of Papagayo and close to all shops and restaurants. The aqua park is 5 minutes away by car.

The villa is built on one level. At the entrance, a magnificent garden welcomes you with fruit trees, colourful flowers, cacti and spices. There is also the possibility of parking 2 cars sheltered from the sun. The interior consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: 1 master bedroom with double bed (150x190), TV, safe and en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200), 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (105x190) and adjoining desk. The bathrooms are composed of a walk-in shower, a single or double sink and a toilet. The fully equipped kitchen with quality equipment (fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction stove, extractor, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle...) has a skylight, a central island and is open to a spacious and bright living room also air-conditioned. The living room has a designer and comfortable sofa, a smart TV with all international channels and the possibility of connecting to applications such as Netflix, Amazon Prime... and overlooks the veranda with completely removable bay windows (like a real covered terrace if the windows are open). There is the cosy grey living room sheltered from the wind and the dining room with a view of the pool and the terrace which has sun loungers, a parasol, a BBQ and a shower. The swimming pool is heated to 25-26° all year round. On the terrace there is also the possibility of having access to the completely autonomous studio that can accommodate 2 people (equipped kitchen, dining area, sleeping area with double bed (150x190) and bathroom with Italian shower, sink, toilet, fan). In the patio there is a washing machine with iron and ironing board. WIFI (fibre optics) is accessible throughout the house and the studio.

NB: the prices displayed up to 5 people only give access to the house WITHOUT the studio (i.e. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). From 6 people, the prices shown give access to the house AND the studio (i.e. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). If you are less than 6 people but want to have access to the studio to have more space, more bedrooms and bathrooms, enter 6 people. The price will be adapted to the full access to the house AND the studio. The studio will not be rented separately from the house.
