An old barn converted into a living room with equipped kitchen and bright living room, 2 bedrooms, a mezzanine, 2 bathrooms.

Private terrace with garden furniture and wooded environment (The owners' garden is private).

Heated swimming pool (from May to October, depending on weather conditions) with sliding shelter, shared with the owners' house.

House in the city center, close to shops.

Ideal location to visit the Cotentin: Cherbourg (The Cité de la Mer elected France's favourite monument in 2022), Sainte-Mère-Eglise and the beaches of D-Day, the Val de Saire (Saint Vaast la Hougue, elected favourite village of the French in 2019), the marshes of the Cotentin, the wild landscapes of The Hague, ...
