Superb villa in the heart of L'Escala, next to the beach and the Torroella Natural Park. Possibility of 7 beds with 4 bedrooms equipped with a double bed, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen equipped with microwave, induction hob, air conditioning, TV with TNT, wi-fi internet. This house has a beautiful lawn garden, a fully equipped terrace and a swimming pool. It is located in the residential district of Riells, 200 meters from a natural park, ideal for long walks or mountain biking with magnificent views. 900 meters away is the large Riells beach with all its shops and entertainment. 500 meters from the beach is the heart of the typical village with its coves and small shops. You can also stroll along the creeks of San Marti d'Empuries and visit its ruins. Villa Amapola in L'Escala is ideal for a family vacation. The day of your arrival at the villa, I receive you and give you a map with all the good addresses to know as well as all the activities that you can practice during your holidays. In addition, I can be reached 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Gute Lage, Zufrieden, Super Service von William

Aussenanlage und Pool sehr gut. Grundstück war zu, sodass der Hund auch draussen spielen konnte, der nächste Wald war auch nicht weit. Zentrale Lage zu allem, auch alles da, was man gebraucht hat, viel Platz und Aufteilung innen auch gut. Service von William war sehr gut, konnte man jeder Zeit erreichen und hat auch gleich reagiert, sogar einen Matrazentausch wurde vorgenommen.

Nous avons loué cette maison pour visiter la Costa Brava et pour l'exterieur et sa piscine dont nous n'avons pas pu malheureusent profiter car eau trop fraîche. La maison pourrait être tres bien si elle était rénovée. Il y a de la saleté au plafond, un placard qui tombe un micro-ondes tres vétuste, grille-pain qui ne fonctionne pas. Il manque aussi les éléments d'accueil nécessaires â savoir produits d'entretien, pour la vaisselle, sel poivre sucre, essuie-tout. Il n'y a pas grand chose dans le kit d'accueil. Un coup de jeune et quelques travaux à faire par le propriétaire et cette maison pourra être une pépite. Il faut surtout changer le matelas du lit de l'étage car nos dos ont vraiment souffert. Merci

Una buena opción para descansar y disfrutar de la costa brava y de su piscina

Fuimos en pareja, en el mes de septiembre. Pasamos una buena quincena de descanso, cómodos y encantados, sobre todo con la piscina. La ubicación de L'Escala, entre el Alt y Baix Empordá, permite conocer ambas regiones, así cómo el interior, en pequeñas excursiones de una hora de coche como mucho. La zona en que está la casa, y al menos en esas fechas, resultó muy tranquila, pero suficientemente cerca de las opciones de ocio y restauración de L'Escala como para poder prescindir del coche. La limpieza era correcta, aunque encontramos alguna colilla en un improvisado cenicero de porcelana colgado junto a la piscina. El equipamiento era también correcto, aunque echamos en falta un par de sartenes para poder al menos freír un huevo, y se debe tener en cuenta que no se facilitan productos de limpieza.En relación con esto, y como sugerencia, eliminaríamos el "pack de bienvenida", (en nuestro caso consistente en dos pastillas "puntomatic" y un trapo de cocina, creemos recordar).Si la idea de un pack así es causar al cliente una buena impresión a su llegada, el efecto logrado es el contrario, por lo que sugiere de cicatería y porque consigue resaltar aún más la falta de los productos de limpieza mencionados. Por último, un consejo:por seguridad, sobre todo con niños, debería renovarse la instalación eléctrica, consistente en enchufes inutilizados, compensados por cableado a la vista y un sinnúmero de regletas alargadoras, algunas por ejemplo cerca de un frigorífico que expend agua.

Hôte accueillant et réactif (même pendant le séjour) Propreté de la maison impeccable Bien situé à 10min à pied de la plage de Riells Les plus de la maison : - Les 3 grandes chambres ont leur propre salle de bain - douche extérieure - Équipements (aspirateur, vaisselle en nombre adéquate pour 6, salon extérieur) Petit bémol sur la 4e chambre (celle avec le lit simple) un peu bruyante avec châssis vitré et porte coulissante donnant sur le séjour

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à L'Escala. La villa est très bien située et fonctionnelle. Les deux frigos sont très appréciables en été. S'il fallait un bémol, une plancha serait la bienvenue pour cuisiner à l'extérieur.

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Bei der Ankunft haben wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt.Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage zu verschiedenen Stränden, oder man geht an der Promenade von L'Escala spazieren. Die Küche ist super: 2 große Kühlschränke Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine usw. Im Aussenbereich eine schöne Lounge eine große Grillecke und der tolle Pool! William ist total nett und sympathisch! Wir hatten den perfekten Urlaub und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Immobilie ist schön, aber leider in die Jahre gekommen

Bevor ich hier ins Detail gehe, der Verwalter William ist ein supernetter ziemlich sprachgewandter Mensch, der NUR der Verwalter ist und nicht für Neuanschaffungen verantwortlich ist, das sollten die Besitzer leider besser im Griff haben. William tut alles, was in seiner Macht steht und verdient dafür unsere absolute Bewunderung. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und wird nach und nach renoviert und neu ausgestattet. Die Küche ist top (Entkalkung des Wasserkochers und der Kaffeemaschine kann nicht schaden). 2 Kühlschränke vom aller Feinsten Induktionsherd, TK-Möglichkeiten umfangreich vorhanden, Mikrowelle naja, Porzellan in angemessener Menge vorhanden. Pool ist ganz okay, war aber saisonbedingt recht kalt, ist aber keine Kritik, da im Herbst zu wenig Sonne den Pool erreicht. Zur Kritik komme ich jetzt: viele Bilder vermitteln zum Teil einen völlig falschen Eindruck, daher bitte die Bilder aktualisieren. In allen WC / Bädern stehen völlig unzumutbare Klobürsten (kosten 1,50 € im China-Markt). EKELIG ist hingegen, dass eine Dusche im OG gesperrt ist, ohne dass es vorher angekündigt wurde und für den Kunden zu sehen ist, dass dort ein Pilz / oder ähnliches wächst, was der Kunde einfach nicht sehen möchte. Die Preise im Sommer entsprechen weder der Einrichtung, der Lage noch dem Zustand des Hauses, auch wenn ein Pool vorhanden ist. Einfach nicht ganz so genau hingucken, dann passt alles schon.

Días de relax

El alojamiento está bien, en una zona muy tranquila y eso ayuda si quieres desconectar. El agente inmobiliario te recibe muy bien, te explica de la zona y está siempre disponible para cualquier incidencia. La unica pega, es que no tiene TV en español y que necesitas el coche para todo, pero son las cosas que te ayudan a desconectar. En general muy relajante.

Maison avec piscine privée à l'Escala, super rapport qualité/prix

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis à l'Escala dans cette propriété très bien équipée (super terrasse et piscine) et située à environ 15 minutes à pied de la plage et commerces. L'annonce est fidèle à la maison et l'accueil de William est super (le plus, les infos sur les bonnes adresses de la ville, nous avons testé les Tapas et c'était top). Je recommande et je conserve l'adresse pour une prochaine fois.
