Appartement assez petit pour 8 personnes (deux vraies chambres en réalité avec convertible dans le salon) mais bien aménagé avec terrasse très appréciable. Il est bien situé, proche du lac de la Balme, et les hôtes sont accueillants et serviables.

Accueil très chaleureux de Carine et Paul, les propriétaires. Appartement très propre et bien agencé. Location bien située pour se rendre à Annecy et visiter les environs. Autre lac à proximité (2 min. en voiture) avec possibilité d'en faire le tour complet. Je relouerai cet appartement si je me rends à nouveau dans la région. Encore merci à Carine et Paul pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

Un super séjour chez Carine et Paul qui sont des hôtes au top. Le logement est très bien équipé, nous avons pu profité d'un jardin privatif et clôturé. Idéal pour des vacances au calme.

Très bonne location

Les hôtes sont très agréables, la location est très propre et bien équipée, elle est fonctionnelle et décorée avec goût. Nous n'y sommes restés que 3 jours mais c'était très agréable. Je n'hésite pas à la recommander et j'y retournerais avec plaisir. Merci

La-Balme de Sillingy

A lovely place to stay: quiet, very clean, the apartment is well organized and provided with whatever necessary for a nice stay. Carine and her family are perfect hosts and we have felt perfectly at ease with them. I would 100% recommend this accommodation.

Situé à 15km environ d’Annecy Logement confortable conforme à l’annonce Tous est mis à disposition et les hôtes sont là pour vous rendre service si besoin… Un seul bémol nous y somme rendu en pleine canicule et il a fait très chaud même si un climatiseur Manu elle nous a été fourni ms trop petit pour la grandeur de l’appartement C’est vraiment le seul petit bémol en sachant que nous étions sur des températures caniculaires…dc c’était exptionnel pour tout le reste c’était le top….vraiment
