About this property

House with a garden in a private residential complex in Baie du Mont Saint Michel, 100 m from the beach

On the coastal road leading from AVRANCHES to GRANVILLE, passing by the CHAMPEAUX cliffs—"the most beautiful kilometre in France." A network of paths with very gentle slopes allows for easy walks or bike rides along
the seashore. You can watch magnificent horses being trained on the beaches.
From Grouin du Sud (2 km), in addition to a splendid view of Mont Saint-Michel, Tombelaine
, and the bay, you can witness the famous tidal bore during spring tides.
It’s also a starting point for a walk across the bay.
