Great place to stay for your Grand Canyon adventure
Really nice and quiet house. Felt like I was staying at a friends place while they were gone. Great location, close to railroad, down town, and Bearizona.
Communication with Paul was wonderful, the location is right next to the forest which was amazing, Williams also had a lot of activities to offer. One of the best locations possible to travel to for vacations.
After a day at the Grand Canyon, it was nice to come back to Williams and the quiet of the house and area. Route 66 had a lot of varieties of restaurants. We tried a different one each night and enjoyed the food at them all. Great little town.
Wonderful and comfortable home. Very clean and had everything we needed
At the end of a quiet street and next to hiking trail access. Very close to all of the shopping and dining options in Williams. Easy access for the drive (55-60mins) to the Grand Canyon.
Loved our stay and has our highest recommendation!
We stayed here while visiting the Grand Canyon. It was a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having dinner in downtown Williams and there is a grocery store close by. The home was comfortable for 2 couples and would accommodate a small family nicely.
This house was in a great location. It is close to everywhere we wanted to go and backs ups to the trails. It was nice to wake up and walk right out to the trail for a nice cool morning hike with all the tall trees. The house was clean and nicely decorated.
House was just as described. Had everything we needed. Paul was a great host, always available if we had any questions. If we ever came back this would be the place to stay.
The house was clean, as described and very comfortable. There was a nice hiking trail next to the property as well. There are ample towels and kitchen utensils, pans etc. the neighborhood is quiet and is next to a pine forest. We liked Williams, it’s a cute town. We were there to ride the Grand Canyon railroad, which we recommend.
This property was fantastic! Don’t judge it by the outside, it’s very big and spacious inside with everything you need while away from home. Had to contact the owner once for a minimal issue and was able to resolve immediately. Home was clean and well stocked and exactly as listed. Make sure you go for a walk/hike on the trail behind the property. It’s beautiful!
Paul,
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property. Great location and our daughter and grandson could not believe the amount of room inside. I wanted to let you know that we faintly smelled gas when we first arrived and found the far left knob on the gas stove slightly on which we turned off immediately. We did come across spiders in the master bathroom and master shower during our stay and disposed of them properly! The batteries in the Roku remote in the master need to be replaced and only suggestion for improvement is having a small propane fire pit to enjoy the lovely evenings outside. We will definitely recommend your property and look forward to staying with you in the future.
