Camping trailer was clean, but couch was quite warn, no towels in second bathroom, heat control for second bedroom was lacking and loud, no headboard and large gap between mattress and wall.
We wanted a safe place to stay during COVID that didn’t share air with other rooms like a hotel does but was nicer than a motel. This was ok for what it was. My only real complaint were the beds themselves. They were extremely uncomfortable for my husband and brother in law ( 6’3” 200 lbs and 5’10 250 lbs ). There was very little support under the thin mattresses. My 6 year old was afraid to sleep alone on the couch which did not turn into a proper pull out bed ( broken and ridiculously uncomfortable). So he slept in bed with my husband and I tried to sleep on the couch as a couch. It wasn’t big enough for my 5’3” 110 lb frame. And I can sleep just about anywhere. So I maybe got an hour of actual sleep and the men complained the next day of how uncomfortable their beds were.
Front desk staff was awesome. The units were spaced apart well. A/C worked well.

Our Stay
Was disappointed the first night we arrived. One of the beds did not have clean sheets. That set the tone. The assistant mgr did her best to change bedding in a timely manner. However, she put a "plastic" cover on the mattress and I didn't sleep all night hearing the crinkling of the plastic and it was very hot. I removed it the next morning and added my own cover. We stayed 5 days. Half of the shades were broke and could not be pulled up. The camper itself was quite abused and could have been cleaned better. dirty carpet, trash in between cabinet and fridge, etc. If I were to stay there again, I would certainly inspect the camper thoroughly. Williams is a cute little town and the cool weather was great.
The camper we rented had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Since we had two adult couples, it was a great alternative to getting two hotel rooms...less expensive, we were able to hang out together until bedtime in comfortable surroundings, the campfire wood and campfire lasted just long enough to enjoy and not go into the late night hours, campground was quiet, it was close enough to the Grand Canyon without the overprices they charge in Tusayan.
The only drawbacks were one bedroom didn't get enough heat to it and the other one had the furnace in it so whenever it came on, it would wake you up. Other than that and a few small cleanliness problems , all around, it was a great camping experience. We will come back again.
