Beautiful 2328 sq ft, 4 bdrm, 3bth lakefront home on Kidd Island Bay. Coeur d'Alene equals peace and relaxation! Main level boasts an open concept living area, a well-appointed kitchen, a bedroom & bath, loft with 2 twin beds, plus a nice sized covered deck. There are 2 bedroom suites on the lower level that share another deck, and the bottom level has a private bedroom and access to the grass and waterfront/dock. Please note that water levels vary In the Winter and early Spring. Perfect vacation house!

Welcome to our new home! Built in 2016. My husband and I fell in love with Coeur d'Alene and you will too.
Enjoy four distinct seasons throughout the year. The region receives an average annual rainfall of 26 inches and an average annual snowfall of 50 inches with approximately 142 sunny days. There are approximately120 frost-free days in Kootenai County, with the last frost ending mid-May and the first beginning mid-September. Temperatures are slightly cooler overall north of the city of Coeur d'Alene, especially in the winter and spring months when the warming effects of Coeur d'Alene Lake are most pronounced. Late in the month of August, area grass fields are burned to stimulate crop production for the following year.

Here you will find a modern, beautiful home on Lake Coeur d'Alene with Mountain and lake 180 degree views. Perfect for fireworks viewing. Bring your boat and moor at our shared dock that will accommodate three boats. We recommend renting speed boats, pontoons and jet skis from KJ Watersports. Kayaks, Canoes and other water sports can also be rented close by. Private sheltered swimming area down the greenway you can walk to. This house has two decks with a main level gas BBQ and fire-pit. Upper level has two bedrooms. Master bedroom which overlooks the lake and has deck with new patio furniture is perfect for adults at sunset and cocktail hour. Master Suite has a new king size bed and second bedroom has a queen size bed and jetted tub separate than shower. Wifi and Satelite/Cable TV and Roku TV are included.
The main living area has a guest bath powder room, full kitchen, dining area and a comfortable living room with a TV. Laundry room is on second level. IN THE WINTER SEASON WE CAN GET SLAMMED WITH SNOW SO IT IS NECESSARY TO HAVE A 4WHEEL DRIVE TRUCK OR AN ALL WHEEL DRIVE WITH CHAINS TO GET TO RENTAL HOUSE.
House is 14 minute drive to downtown Coeur d'Alene and an 8 minute boat ride.
There are plenty of things to do in Coeur d'Alene and surrounding area's. The Coeur d’Alene National Forest is mere minutes away and boast 37,000 acres of accessible hiking trails, ATV roads, biking trails and a host of other outdoor recreation activities. Within 5 miles from the home are Beauty Bay and Mineral Ridge trails.
Boating, Biking, Beaches, Skiing, Sailing, Golfing, Hiking, Swimming and paddle boarding. Downtown CDA has numerous scheduled activities like
Art On The Green, Street fairs, outdoor concerts, Car d’Lane, Live After 5, Weekly Wednesday Farmers Market on 5th Street, Weekly Saturday Farmers Market on Prairie and Highway 95, Carriage Rides.
