This charming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom fully furnished vacation home is ideally situated in the sought-after Sanders Beach area of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Just two short blocks from the lake and a few blocks from Downtown Sherman Avenue, McEuen Park, Tubbs Hill, the CDA Resort, fine dining, and local events, this home offers both convenience and comfort.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the three additional bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. Every bedroom is equipped with USB charging outlets and an HDTV (except the lower-level bedroom, where the TV is located in the game room). The game room also includes a full-sized daybed for extra sleeping space. A washer and dryer are available for your laundry needs, and each bathroom is stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and towels. Beach towels are also provided for your lakeside adventures.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, grinder, tea kettle, toaster oven, blender, mixer, dishes, utensils, and a microwave. For families with young children, children's dishware, utensils, a portable baby crib, and a high chair are available. The living room features a 65" 4K UHD TV, and high-speed internet is provided by Spectrum.

The game room is a great spot for fun and relaxation, equipped with a game table, air hockey, a cocktail arcade loaded with classic video games, board games, playing cards, and poker chips. There's also a small desk with a monitor for anyone needing to get some work done or browse the web.

The spacious backyard is designed for relaxation, offering a propane BBQ grill, ample cozy seating, and a fire pit table surrounded by Adirondack chairs—perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings.

Very welcoming hosts and easy to communicate wit. Great location and amenities. Easy walk to everything. Plenty of room for everyone.We have a home south of town and used this vrbo as a second meeting place for more extended family this Thanksgiving. It was very successful and wouldnt hesitate to do it all again!

The property was even better than the pictures! Outside area was perfect for eating and gathering for coffee in the mornings. Plenty of towels for beach and boat. These were the most comfortable beds and sheets ever!

Family celebration

Lovely Property in Coeur d’Alene ID

Idaho - Golf Tournament House

This property was amazing. It was the perfect stay for a work trip. The only surprise was that there was a resident living above the garage although we never even saw them or heard from them. I would highly recommend this location!

Great stay and location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this rental! The house was very clean and well cared for, which made settling in easy and comfortable. It’s an older home with lots of character, but the updates throughout give it a fresh and modern feel without losing its charm.The location was great - easy to get to local shops, restaurants, lake CDA and hiking at Tubbs Hill, yet quiet enough to relax. The neighborhood is in transition, some nice homes and others are borderline dilapidated - just as an FYI.Communication with the owner was also top-notch. They were always responsive and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free.Overall, a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other families.

Family Fun Trip

Perfect location for a wonderful stay in CDA! Everything was walking distance; beaches, hikes, downtown. The house was cozy and cute for two families. Kids had the entire downstairs to hang out, play games and watch tv. Enjoyed outside time with a quiet street and a fire pit at night. Cannot recommend this house enough, we would love to come back again!

STEM conference stay

My team and I came up to attend a STEM conference for the week and had the best stay at this property. It was nice to come home after a long day of learning and relax in our own bedrooms. We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio around the fire pit and debriefing the day. It was so quiet and peaceful. We also enjoyed that the house was so close to the beach and enjoyed swimming in the lake each night. The property included beach towels which was perfect because we did not pack any in our suitcases. Overall, the special touches and space was perfect for 4 ladies and we would definitely come back up to stay on another work trip or with our families.

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint little house near downtown Coeur d’Alene. The house has everything you need including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one on each floor) and an extra bed in the basement space. The main floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, the living, dining and kitchen areas. The basement has a game area with air hockey and a table for the board games. They also have a video game which we did not play. The second floor has a master bedroom and bath.The location worked perfectly for us. We like walking and we were within walking distance of Tubbs Hill, downtown and the beach. We also found a small gym just a few blocks away. We did have a car that we used on a few occasions, but you would not need one if you’re comfortable walking a bit and carrying groceries.The hosts were very communicative and let us know what was going on during check in and responded promptly to questions. The house had generous supplies - little things like toilet paper and trash bags were plentiful that normally we have to buy mid week when we rent a home. So many rentals are very chintzy on supplies.We also enjoyed the backyard which had a fire pit and grill. And the AC was great when we had a couple of days over 90! The room on the second floor does get a little warm on a hot day, but it cools down at night. On the flip-side, the basement stays cool if you like cooler temperatures to sleep. We would stay at this delightful home again!
