Agréable mais un peu décevant .

Proprio sympathique, mais : photo trompeuse (on accède pas à ce côté de la maison), pas de volets dans les chambres, la machine à laver HS, literie usagée voire sale, propreté à revoir, escalier à déconseiller avec des enfants en bas âge, ou personnes à mobilité réduite, confort modeste (pas de grille pain, de TV..), aucun produit d'entretien, et désinvolture de notre hôte (pas de consignes/ poubelles par exemple.. idem/ ML HS " y a une lavomatique en ville"). Sinon emplacement agréable, à l'écart des nuisances et propriétaire sans doute un peu hors sol mais pas désagréable.

Beaucoup de personnes sont venues dans cette maison . Et cela c est toujours tres bien passé depuis de nombreuses années . La machine à laver fonctionne bien... Si je suis hors sol, lui c est un debile profond avec 5 pouces à chaque main... Pour la machine il suffisait d appuyer sur un bouton,.. i Cela fait 40 ans que cette maison est louée l été.... 😊

Vorsicht Vermieter! Betrugsversuche!

Wir waren auf unserer Sommerferientour mit der Familie für eine Woche in dem Haus. Es liegt recht schön auf einem Chateaugelände und es ist recht ruhig dort. Der Vermieter Hèrve ist in seinem Verhalten aber problematisch! Er zieht für die Ferienvermietung immer in einen Wohnwagen in der Nähe und hinterlässt die Wohnung relativ unaufgeräumt und etwas unsauber in halbbewohnten Zustand. Die Küche war nur unzureichend ausgestattet und die Tür vom Gefrierschrank schließt nicht mehr. Die Dusche tropfte bei Ankunft ins Erdgeschoss und am Ende der Woche konnten wir wegen einem Defekt gar nicht mehr duschen. Wir haben das ohne Beschwerden toleriert und konnten, bis auf diese Dinge, grundsätzlich auch eine Woche ausreichend wohnen und schlafen. Im Anschluss an die Woche hatte der Vermieter Hèrve dann allerdings zunächst eine unberechtigte Nachforderung (der angemeldete Hund wäre größer als erwartet, wir hätten eine Duschinstallation kaputt gemacht, …), und er hat einfach über das FeWo Portal unabgesprochen eine ausgedachte Geldsumme eingezogen. (Wir haben das toleriert um ihm trotdem respektvoll zu begegnen). Wochen nach dem Auszug hatte er aber dann noch weitere Forderungen für angeblich später entdeckte Defekte und forderte weitere Geldzahlungen! Da er mehrmals erwähnt hat, das passiert ihm nur mit den Deutschen, scheint er vielleicht eine feindliche Einstellung gegen Deutsche zu haben. Wir würden von einer Buchung lieber abraten, wenn man im Anschluss keinen Ärger möchte.

You break somethings you pay...normal... In the advertising... I say only small dog... You bring a big dog... With full full hairs in the house... Never clean the house.... I charge only 30 euros to repare the shower, not my time 5 hours and 90 kms.... 😉😉🤔🤔🤔
