Villa Avec vue Spectaculaire sur la mer et Proche de la Plage

House located in the charming village of Rayol-Canadel, 25 km from Saint Tropez, available for rent from July 2021. Exceptional panoramic sea view (from all rooms of the house, the pool and the terrace) on Cap Nègre, the Iles d'Or and Cap Bénat. The villa is close to the village and its shops (500m), its church, and the stairs ("the steps") which allow you to go down to the beach. It is composed of a living room, 3 bedrooms (air-conditioned), a bathroom and a shower room, and a separate apartment on the first floor, consisting of a large bedroom and a small bedroom (air-conditioned) with 1 shower room. The villa has a swimming pool (secure with alarm), several terrace areas with sea view, and is surrounded by a large and lush garden of 3500 square meters. Refurnished in 2021, all the furniture (bedding, household appliances, etc.) is new and comfortable.

A lovely summer stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this somewhat outdated but very charming and well maintained villa. The house has been decorated with great attention and sense of style. The outdoor furniture is good and there are plenty of relaxing lounge areas. The view is fantastic and you can reach the beach of Rayol within 15 minutes via a beautiful walk.

Das Haus ist fantastisch und gut eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, tolle Sitzmöbel, alles in einem sehr stimmigen und passenden Design und sehr authentisch. Es fehlt an nichts. Vom Ankommen bis zur Abreise hat alles gut gepasst und war hervorragend organisiert. Aber vor allem der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend, man hat einen 180Grad Blick auf das Meer. Fantastisch!

Wunderschön!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem wirklich sehr gepflegtem und schönem Haus. Der Blick auf das Meer ist unvergesslich. Alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber und Agentur war auch super. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Perfect house with splendid view

The house is perfectly located on the hillside above the Mediterranean, and met our expectations fully. Splendid view, nice pool, walking distance to beach, restaurants and stores. Communication with Valerie and Gregoire was easy.
