Lovely Easter break

lovely house in a quiet area. We enjoyed our stay here and loved how quiet the area was. There was a lot of road works in the area but this didn’t affect our stay. We would recommend this villa and stay again if we were to come back to Cyprus.

This was a throughly relaxing and pleasant stay at a well equipped and clean villa. Even being surprised by warm fog one morning. We did stay here some years ago and it was nice to discover the high standards have been maintained.

Hidden Gem in Larnaca

This location is unspoilt yet near enough to amazing Greek cuisine and ice cream parlours. The owners really care about their property and always ensure you have everything you need for a great holiday. Always look forward to returning!

Family stay for wedding

We stayed here for my sisters wedding, the villa is immaculate. The pool is amazing. It is in a good central location to kitti, larnaca and only about 40 minutes from ayia nappa.

Nice House in Pervolia

We had a wonderful stay in Cyprus! The house is perfect and clean, the neighborhood is calm, and it is a great place to visit Cyprus. Only small problem is that you sometimes hear the planes from Larnaka airport (but nothing really annoying) .

3 weeks of peace, quiet and relaxation

Ideal location. Sea view, open fields only 15 minutes from the airport (hardly any aircraft noise) and great supermarket. excellent property everything you need for a home to home vacation. pool and patio area great. kitchen facilities, washing machine excellent.. The layout of the villa very good. Good local restaurants a short drive away. A superb holiday.

Great stay in a well equipped villa and chance to explore using our hire car. Only 1 week but still very relaxed villa, pool and views. Lovely sunrise from comfort of bed. Chris & Maria great communication.

Perfect quiet location. 5 minute walk to beach. Views of ocean. 15 minute car journey to Larnaca & airport. Secure property. All we. Needed for 6 adults for 50th birthday week😊

A lovely villa in a great location. Only 10-15 minutes from the airport. 4-5 minutes by car/taxi to plenty of lovely restaurants in Pervolia or Kiti. Lovely locals. A well stocked Lidl 8 minutes by car. Good communication with hosts. We had a lovely holiday and found this a great base for exploring the island. Very clean and all bedrooms were a good size. Would happily stay again in the future. Thanks very much Maria and Christopher.

Amazing summer 2023

This property is perfect for a family who appreciate a traditional Cyprus by the beach , with your own private pool , surrounded by local tavernas , close proximity to nightlife and shops. Villa was fabulous. Located in a private gated area, quiet & private. You need a car to get around from the location but it was a lovely area. Had a wonderful sea view and plenty of space. Very comfortable. The only problem was a few ants but that’s to be expected in a hot climate. The hosts were excellent & went above and beyond to help providing a few groceries for our arrival & sending the pool man to not only clean the pool twice a week but also to repair the parasol. It would benefit from an outside light because it was very dark when we arrived & we had a bit of difficulty locating the door however this is a small thing to improve & on the whole I fully recommend the villa & the excellent hosts

Die Villa war schön und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber durchgehend gut.In der fußläufigen Umgebung war leider nichts zu erreichen - ca 20-25 Min Fahrt nach Larnaca muss man einplanen.Ansonsten alles super

Superbe

La maison est assez grande et très bien équipée. La vue des chambres est magnifique. La piscine est aussi grande et profonde. Dans une résidence calme à 15 mn de l'aéroport. Christopher et son épouse sont très disponible pour toute les questions. C'est un bel endroit pour partir à la découverte de Chypre.

Great vacation

Nice, helpfull and stress-free communication with the owner. House Nice and clean, plenty of space for a family of 4 - and could have Stayed 6 whitout problems. Everything worked fine and the pool was great. Only minor “downside” was that the lokal shop was very small, but as we had a car it was not really a problem. We had 2 fantastic weeks and sure would like to come back!!

Great pool a short walk to the beach

We stayed here for 2 weeks and loved how quiet it was. It is in a row of small villas that are right next to each other but since none of the other houses near us were occupied (due to COVID travel restrictions, I would guess?), it felt like we had the area all to ourselves to enjoy. We seemed to be the first guests for some time to check in - and we had to dust, mop and wash the sheets the day we arrived since things were very musty and dusty. But after that, we had a lovely time and really enjoyed swimming in the pool every day.
