Wide private beach is just 3-minute walk by the complex territory. At your service are a private pool, lounge area with sun loungers and BBQ facilities. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and an oven. The dining area has a large table for 8 people. Sliding doors lead out to a covered terrace where there is also a table for outdoor dining. Enjoy a magnificent Mediterranean views on surroundings from the second floor. At your disposal are 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes. Double beds with orthopedic mattresses and the softest towels will provide you with a comfortable stay. The villa is equipped with 3 TVs, digital TV and high-speed free wi-fi internet, as well as air conditioning in every room. Free parking is provided on site.

The villa is located in the Larnaca Bay Resort, which is on the first line from the sea in a popular tourist area - Dhekelia. Just 3 minutes walk through the territory of the complex and you are already on a private beach equipped for relaxation. For guests with children, there is a large children's playground on site. The complex is closed to outsiders, which guarantees your safety and confidentiality. Private parking is available. Shops, cute cafes and cozy restaurants, a pharmacy, etc. are within walking distance. Just 10 minutes drive - and you are already in the center of Larnaca. Walking along the narrow streets of the Old Town will not leave you indifferent. Enjoy local sightseeing and shopping, dine in Mediterranean restaurants, immerse yourself in the nightlife, while being able to have a rest from the hustle and bustle of the city in your own villa at Larnaka Bay Resort. The distance from the airport is only 14 km.
