About this property

A 3 minute walk to the beach

A complex of four privately owned apartments, Jasmine Archs is located on the ground floor surrounded by a spacious patio completely fenced to provide for your security and privacy. A pergola provides shade at all times of the day where you can sit, relax and enjoy the warm breeze from the sea nearby. A hibiscus and lemon tree also provide not only shade but colour and fragrance to your evenings.

It is a short walk to the local supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and the beach. The nearest beach is sandy and very safe for young swimmers. There is a snack bar, beach playground and rental umbrellas and lounge chairs for your convenience.


This ground-floor apartment consists of a large living room with a TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in one room and a double bed plus a small single bed in the other room, a bathroom with a bath/shower. There is a sofa in the living room to provide accommodation for up to a maximum of 5 people. There is plenty of drawer and wardrobe space in each bedroom.

There are new air conditioning/central heating units in both bedrooms as well as the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, electric hob and oven, as well as a washing machine. There is a shower outside for you to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Host was very helpful. Apartment was in exellent condition on arrival. With everything (and more) you could possible need for a great stay at Jasmine Arches. The outside space was perfect for relaxing in the Cypriot sunshine. A special mention for the cleaning staff as this Apartment was cleaned too the highest standards.My wife and I hope to return to Jasmine Arches for another great holiday next April/May.

Just wanted to say thank you to the owners of the house! They have provided us with a lovely place to stay and we absolutely had the best time ever. This was the second time we went there and stayed at Jasmine arches. Just perfect. The house, the beach, the little restaurants and shops down the road, easy access to everything. We travelled to Larnaca, Limassol, Ayia Napa, all over. Just lovely. Thank you

Lovely holiday

We have had a lovely relaxing holiday. Jasmine Villas is a lovely place to stay. Very well equipped, with everything we needed. The outside space is brilliant, with sun and shade. Loved breakfast under the lime tree. We also had a couple of barbecues. Very close to a lovely but quiet beach. Walking distance to several lovely restaurants. Easy to get a bus into Larnaca. The buses are frequent. We also got an intercity bus to Nicosia. Also hired a car locally for 2 days. Really great holiday in this lovely place, would highly recommend.

Everything we needed in one place!

This was the first time I booked through HomeAway and to be honest, I didn’t know what to expect. But when we got there, everything was just perfect. We enjoyed it so much!! The beach is across the road , shops within walking distance with everything you need ... we hired a car and we drove to the big supermarket where everything is a lot cheaper and we got loads of food and drinks. In the evening - we spent pretty much every evening in the garden, under the lemon tree, made bbqs and just relaxed. In the day, we drove to difffernet beaches, went to the theatre in Limassol (incredible experience), went to Larnaka for food and shopping for souvenirs ...just lovely. The house had everything we needed, well equipped with everything ...cannot fault it one bit! We are quite easy to please really,and we just enjoyed being there all of us together and having a relaxing time. So, thank you for this great experience !!

Een mooie vakantie appartement met een mooie pergola en een citroenboom. Je kon steeds ergens in de schaduw zitten. Heel dicht bij de zee. Strand bedden om mee naar het strand te nemen. De buurt was wel wat verpaupert. Er is ook niet veel te zien op de plaats zelf. Gelukkig hadden we een auto gehuurd waarmee we konden rondtoeren.

Nice Apartment with lemon tree

Wir haben im September/ Oktober drei Wochen in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem fanden wir den Garten sehr schön. Es gab verschiedene Sitzecken und somit hatten wir zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattiges Plätzchen. Dies war sehr wichtig, denn die Temperaturen waren noch über 30°C und die Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer haben uns gute Dienste geleistet. Auch die Einrichtung kann lobend erwähnt werden, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der Strand war ca. 3 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen und das Wasser schön warm. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt gegenüber einer Autovermietung. Wer einen Mietwagen benötigt-einfacher geht es nicht! Das Autobahnnetz ist gut ausgebaut und der Ort hat eine gute Anbindung. So ist man schnell in Nikosia oder Lefkara. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft. Katzen muss man natürlich auf Zypern lieben und einige Euro für Katzenfutter einplanen ;-)! We felt very comfortable and thank you for the hospitality. We wish you all the best for the future! Paradise Island's essence

We have come here regularly since 2012. Close to the sea and beautiful, sandy beach, easy access to the center of Larnaka both by bus and by car. The jasmine bush welcoming you, the lemon tree full of fresh fruit, and the fence protecting your privacy add up to all. Comfy beds, spacious cosy living room, extra shower outside useful when returning from the beach, make your stay a very pleasant experience. Definitely we will come back there. The owner - Stelios always helpful when asked for advice and very friendly. Zbigniew from Poland - stayed with family.
