About this property

Private Studio minutes to Baylor, Convention Ctr and Silos

The Studio is a Mother-in-Law suite attached to our main residence. It has its own separate, private entrance, a private covered porch, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette and private living spaces. ALTHOUGH WE DO NOT OFFER A TV, our studio apartment offers 1G high speed internet and Wi-Fi!! Bring your own devices and stay as connected (or disconnected) as you want!

Stay here to be close to it all, or get away from it all! We provide an excellent alternative to expensive and crowded hotels. Have your own private suite and enjoy close proximity everything Waco has to offer!!

Our desire is to make our guests feel welcome, and provide all the comforts of home. We want your stay to be relaxing and enjoyable.

Sit out on the private porch, stroll to the back and watch the flock of chickens pecking in the grass, or gaze at our small herd of goats and sheep nibbling in the pasture. As this is a homestead, we do live on the property and are out at various times during the day working and taking care of our animals. However, we encourage our guests to stroll the property at their leisure and enjoy a taste of country living.

We would love to give you a tour of our homestead, introduce you to our animals and show your our gardens. If interested, please let us know when you make your reservation. Why just book a place to stay, when you could book an experience our our 4 acre homestead?

Great farm cottage minutes from central Waco

We had a wonderful time at this cute and well appointed farm cottage in Waco. We enjoyed the covered patio area, and the outdoor firepit area also. It was fun to see the open space and farm animals. We will definitely be back.

Close to Baylor University!

We visited for Baylor’s Culture of Joy event this weekend and this place was perfect for what we needed! It was close enough to the university to drive as well as close enough to get to all the fun things to do in Waco. Laura was very hospitable throughout our trip and took great care of us. We’d definitely recommend this place for a family stay or for friends to hang out!

What makes this property unique

I want to highlight some things that I believe set us apart.
- Our commitment to a strict cleaning protocol. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. In addition to disinfecting all frequently touched surfaces, our cleaning crew disinfects ALL surfaces in our Studio during each cleaning with a CDC approved disinfectant. All bedding and linens are washed in hot water and our Studio is completely aired out for a few hours between guests.
- Our location is ideally located near top tourist attractions in Waco. We are located 10 minutes or less from Magnolia, the Zoo, Mayborn Museum complex, Baylor, the Brazos River, downtown and more!!
- Our amenities. We offer luxury bedding, turkish cotton towels, coffee and hot tea bar, bottled water and bedside chocolates. We want our guests to feel pampered, and that our accommodations revile a luxury hotel at a fraction of the cost.
-Our property. Although we are located in Waco, and so close to everything, our property has a country feel. Many of our guests comment on how peaceful and private their stay with us is. We also offer secure, off street parking.
