Absolutely, NO SMOKING. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500.00 fee for odor removal, including duct cleaning, furniture, bedspread and carpet cleaning.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and
your return visits. City of Waco has an ordinance that does not allow events or parties at our short term rentals. Violation can cause us to lose our permit to operate. Thank you for understanding and complying with this ordinance.

You will be emailed a Welcome Packet with info prior to your stay with recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
On the day of your arrival, you will receive an EMAIL and also a TEXT with access information for your vacation rental.

I love meeting new people and will be happy to interact with guests as much or little as they like.
We do have dogs, so please be careful to keep the gates closed upon entering or leaving the property.
