Set in an idyllic natural setting, on a property whose history dates back to the Middle Ages and was remodeled in the 18th century, Les Granges is the perfect getaway for those who love reading, tranquility, and walks in the forest or along the Indrois River.

Les Granges were completely renovated in 2017 using high-quality materials, respecting the history of the site (the former farmhouse adjoining the manor) while offering all modern comforts. They are located near the Royal City of Loches and its market (10 min), the village and Château de Montrésor (10 min), the Château d’Amboise and the Clos-Lucé (30 min), the Château de Chenonceau (30 min), and the Beauval Zoo (35 min).

On one level, Les Granges offers a superb 52m² living area with a living room opening onto the terrace and garden, a dining room seating 8 people, a piano, and a library, a large, fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island / and an adjoining laundry room, as well as 3 bedrooms (one adult bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and an adjoining shower room, and two children’s bedrooms with two pull-out beds—80x200 and 80x190—and a shared bathroom). A terrace and a large garden await you at the back of the house, facing west.

Garden furniture, lounge chairs, a barbecue, books, magazines, and children’s games are available, along with ping-pong, Molky, pétanque, a swing, a trampoline, a sandpit, swimming in the nearby river, and short hikes starting right from the property.

Mandatory cleaning fee of 60 euros.
Bedding is provided upon arrival, along with kitchen towels and oven gloves.

Please note: From fall through spring, electricity for heating is billed based on actual usage (approximately 60–80 euros per week).
